Do yourself a favor and choose a different supplier if you need kitchen cabinets. You will be told 4-6 weeks lead times. When questioned we were assured that covid was not affecting these time lines. First promise date was missed. We were told it would be another 4-6 weeks. Second promise date missed. 15 weeks later.....We still do not know when the product will be delivered. Customer service are calling to set up delivery even though they dont know when the cabinets will actually arrive. They then hang up on us for questioning them. Choose someone else for cabinets

The lack of service that I have received form this store is pathetic!Go in for an appointment (get good service) then no call back I called in 5-6 times no call back. Go in talk to sales man and was told he was going on vacation (told him to call me when he gets back) never herd from again called in 2-3 more times to order still no call backs. What a waste

On Tuesday 27th of July my daughter and I had the pleasure of meeting miss Emily and talk about a lady who knows her craft - she was AMAZING she also happens to have a delightful personality - And even though it was past her closing time she never rushed us - if you need cabinets seriously you are wasting your time if you go elsewhere

I had a great experience working with Jim Grisales who helped redesign the OLD outdated kitchen that came with my new condo. He mapped out the whole thing and even helped me pick things out. Everything was ordered and delivered right on time. And just as important, the contractors they work with, Perfect Line Kitchens, are impeccable. The made sure everything was done perfectly! Stopped in to get information on getting two additional cabinets for my already remodeled kitchen. Walking Into the store no one greeted us upon arrival. Finally someone asked if We needed help and was not friendly and actually seemed annoyed to even help. So I Explained what I was looking for and it seem to be a bother to get the Information and pricing for the first request. Never finalizing for the first request and did not get the Information or pricing for the second cabinet. At the end of getting some of the information for the first request the salesman helping us was interrupted and decided to help someone else and then another as they hugged this next person hello and then helped them walked outside with merchandise them and then continued chatting with them outside as we stood inside waiting for him to return. He Never return to be of assistance. At that point We left the store and Neither of us will return to this establishment. I find this so rude and unprofessional. I will never return to this place of business and would never recommend this place to anyone.

Disappointing experience with cabinets and countertop. Both the cabinets and countertop were delivered defective and with multiple imperfections- after an entire year our kitchen is still not completed and dealt with. With the amount of money that was spent I would have expected the situation to be handled in a much more professional and effective manner.

Had the pleasure of working with Gary Watson in their design department while I was renovating one of my rental homes… Could not of been happy with the service, the product, and certainly the pricing… The kitchen arrived in three days. Everything was exactly as advertised… I didn’t need to look for anything and everything was properly marked in their boxes… Installation was a pleasure… I even use their granite supplier because the price cannot be beat and they had a promotion where you got a free stainless steel sink… Thank you Cabinets Direct for making this renovation project a little bit easier… I will certainly be back the next time I do a kitchen or bath. Also a special thank you to Gary… He was very good on the computer and made the ordering process fast and easy.

We had our kitchen and bath designed by Charles Messenger from Cabinets Direct USA in Toms River NJ. He did a wonderful job designing a functional kitchen for us which was no easy task since the kitchen is extremely small (condo sized). We chose the Wolf Cabinetry in white with soft close doors/drawers. I highly recommend Charles and Cabinets Direct USA if you’re thinking about a new kitchen. From design to delivery to installation Charles was there via phone or email to answer any concerns or questions we had. We also used their installer, Perfect Line Kitchens. They were awesome as well. The kitchen and bathroom was completed when promised. They are professionals who are neat, clean and friendly. I would highly recommend them as well.

I dont know much about cabinets other than needing to get them. It seemed logical to check out this store. The employee who greeted me was more like a gatekeeper. He didnt want to let me all the way in or let me look. He basically inferred that they didnt have anything I could afford. I never mentioned a budget. It was like that scene in pretty woman where they wont let her shop...

We were disappointed with the lack of options offered at this store. Also, we spend about two hours modeling the kitchen on the computer and they refused to share the plans with us. Then, when we went back to discuss the plans, our information was missing! We received a better deal and better service from another local cabinet store.

The service was downright deceitful and dishonest . Extremely unknowledgeable staff lied about the pieces delivered and about if the cabinets were supposed to be curb side or inhouse delivery. My husband and I were told to visit this showroom after telling friends that we were looking to renovate the kitchen in our basement. Our budget wasnt very large but we still wanted something that would impress guests as we use our basement as an entertaining area. The Designers were very knowledgabe and we had more options in cabinet lines and countertops than I thought we would with our budget. When our Cabinets arrived, a piece of molding was missing from the box, but customer care worked really quickly and it arrived in a couple of days. I will be reccomending them to others for sure!
