Waiting for a refrigerator that was scheduled to be DELIVERED FRIDAY. Called Saturday spoke to Trevor who hung up on me, then got another person who couldn’t help, finally got someone who apologized & said I’d be the FIRST delivery this morning . Well here we are at 12:24 PM & STILL NOTHING. BUYER BEWARE! This company is totally unprofessional & careless! They do NOT care about their customers at all! Go to Aaron’s. You’d think you’d want to help your customers (the ones who help pay your paychecks).. especially during a Pandemic with so many businesses shutting down...This app should be one of them!

Mgr very rude. Waited a week for a tv which they never delivered. Wanted refund was told no, ended up going in person to get money back. Better off driving to long branch definitely worth the trip

They are horrible!!!! Paid for my items have been waiting for them to be delivered on the day of delivery they are extremely late so I call to see if there is a problem we’ll not only did they not have the item I wanted but when they went to pick up the same item at another store it was damaged so the MANAGER told me the delivery was still going to be made they were on their way (4:45) and here it is now 7:04 and they still have yet to show up!!!!

I arranged a 3-way rental for my father after he had surgery and needed a power lift recliner for a few weeks. Living out of state and renting for my family in state created added complexity to my order. I was so pleasantly surprised how easy Mike was to work with and was impressed by his patience. He couldnt have been more kind and eager to help; even texted detailed photos of the chair since I couldnt see it in person. The recliner was delivered as promised at the time stated, and served its purpose. On the return end, it was also easy to arrange to have the furniture picked up which will be done this week. I would absolutely recommend this company and am shocked by the other reviews. Not my experience at all!

This is the worst place for customer service not only did they send me defective furniture when they replaced it it was damaged too. And i waited over 6 months and they still havent fixed it.

I talked to marie from the toms river store through my whole experience of ordering the couches and she was so awesome ! She went above and beyond to get me the couches i wanted. I would def ask for her if you ever do buisness with them .

This place is a joke. The woman working called me up told me my references answered and she can take an over the phone payment and I could come pick up what I was trying to purchase, I let her know Im going to be there close to closing time and she replied no problem. I get there and she tells me no references answered, I called my references and she never made any calls what so ever! Lazy people
