Worst place around the Ocean County area. There phone number doesn’t work, I waited over 15 min outside because their door was locked (it was 10am by the time I went inside), and my order looked horrible. It looks like it was thrown together. This is my 2nd experience in a row that was bad. Definitely willing to take a longer drive to get better service

Ordered a platter that was $70.00. Order was delivered minus some of the fruit with no notification to purchaser.

I have to say Edible Arrangements in Toms River saved my birthdaybgift from a verybspecial friend since kindergarten(im 58 now).The delivery was received by my 96 yr old Nancy,Who inturn ate the whole box 6 pieces before I came back.from being ourside. I was so sad/ upset 😢😢😢 Uncalled Edible Arrangements explained what happed, & they said come get a new replacement ..I was so happy, great customer service and boy what a beautiful gift ..Thank you so much...Diana

I just received a dozen choc. Covered strawberries for Valentines day and they look like they were made 2 days ago! They are sitting in puddles of juice from the strawberries starting to get mushy. They were warm and just not what you expect when someone is paying that much for them! Wish I could up load pictures.

My arrangement was left on the front steps. By the time we found it the chocolate was melted and the fruit was hot and dripping. Im sure it was good at one time but not any more!

Ordered a Cheat Day Fruit Bundle box due to be unable to find good, fresh fruit in the supermarket because of COVID. It would have been great, except there was a moldy orange and all of the bananas were bruised. It was supposed to come with a 12 count of mixed dipped fruits, but I only got strawberries. A very expensive mistake that I hope I prevent someone else from making. I tried to email the store prior to leaving this review, but (SURPRISE!) no response. Wont be ordering from this store again :(

Very nice location, staff is too notch, we had a coupon for free choc covered strawberries, we were running late and they called to make sure we were still coming. Making no $$$ at all, they still went above and beyond. Highly recommend

My husband sent an arrangement to my job for my Birthday. VERY disappointed the fruit was not ripe. The strawberries were white, the melons were hard and not sweet by any means,the grapes were tart. The $110.00 edible arrangement that was inedible!

I received chocolate covered strawberries for Valentines day the selection was very nice the fruit was sweet & fresh and will definitely refer my friends and family when a gift is needed

Mothers Day they were going to hire me to make deliveries well when I came to find out that they were only paying you $5 a delivery and they dont pay for your gas I found it wasnt worth my time at all so I left. And they werent a warm bunch of people I didnt make me feel welcomed I felt like an outsider I wouldnt recommend working there.

I have to give you one star because you have signs and information on your website that says you close at 5 p.m. on Saturday. This is not true of any of the locations that are within a 15 mile radius. I went to two locations before 4 p.m. and they were closed. I called you more locations and was on hold for about 15 minutes with no one picking up. This is poor service and a very big disappointment. Not happy at all with the outcome. If you change your hours you should make sure that the door and the websites correspond. Wasted gas and time trying to get a birthday gift :-(. I think next time Ill order online to Sharis berries then I wont have to waste my gas or time. Especially since I noticed at the Toms River location there were some people still in the back and just would not open the door for a sale. My money can be spent at other places that appreciate their customers such a disappointment.

Great customer service. I had a problem with the delivery and they sent a new basket out immediately. Basket was beautiful and fruit was delicious especially chocolate strawberries which are my favorite.

Close by to my location.. Not busy if you go at opening times.. Fast service.. Thought I had to wait a day or two for the order to be done.. Took 10 mins. 1 star down bc the fruit baskets themselves use a lot of melon to fill up the space instead of other fruits

This is about the best treat i can think of to send to someone. Nothing better then fresh cut fruit. They need to add vegan chocolate as an option. Or maybe just make it the standard

Ive received Edible Arrangements - and never had an issue. So when I needed a gift for my grandmother, I decided to send her one. She received one arrangement and all the fruit, except the pineapple was not ripe and INEDIBLE. My grandmother called the store and they were nice enough to send a second arrangement, but the fruit was still not ripe - strawberries too hard, melon not sweet -- if they dont have access to fruit to make the baskets then they should not make these arrangements. Really poor experience.

They emailed me that they delivered the item 11 minutes after I made order. This when the recipient lives 20 minutes away. Dont believe it was ever delivered. No one picks up phone. Scam.

I got 2 baskets for 1st and 2nd shift in 4e in community hospital, I was there for a week, and the Drs and Nurses were awesome to me and deserved these great fresh fruit baskets, they were beautiful and very affordable

Once calling the girl couldnt hear me so I had to call back and I was on a landline. After finally speaking to someone I placed the order and was told about an hour to make. I got there after an hour and had to wait. I was hoping to at least get a smoothie while waiting 20 more mins just to be told the smoothie maker was broke. So I attempted for some chocolate covered fruit. Just to be told the freezer was also broke. I decided to use that bathroom witch had no soap or paper towels... I was hesitant to wait for my order but did.....one of the worse places I went to. considering I paid for a $150 for a basket....

Showed up at 6 pm on a Wednesday, and they’re supposed to be open until 7 pm. The store was closed with no sign or explanation anywhere.
