I was recommended by a very close friend of mine to look at rings for my now fiancé at Regency Jewelers. We planned on checking out different places too, but with how friendly and personal we got with Eddie the more comfortable we felt with buying through them. One thing I really wanted above all was trust and honesty and we got that from Eddie. This is a very professional place and you will definitely be in good hands when deciding on buying something from them. Not only did Eddie make us feel so comfortable but the entire staff there is so charming and they make you feel at home. Once again regency came through. This time I wanted to get a custom charm, and Ed made it a breeze. Gave design, got mock up, made mold and shortly after my 1 of a kind custom charm. Fitted it for my necklace and some. Very easy and smooth transaction. Thank you again Regency!

What an amazing experience. Started ring shopping and talking to eddie about an engagement ring just before the shut down due to covid. As soon as he was allowed and felt safe having me in I came in for an appointment to finalize details on my engagement ring. I had an idea in mind of what I wanted but there was the perfect ring there in the store. One of a kind and he was able to get the diamond I wanted for a very reasonable price. My now fiancé absolutely loves the ring and it’s uniqueness. I couldn’t get back to the regency before moving to Arizona so he overnighted it, fully insured to Arizona. Eddie is such a nice guy willing to work with your budget and the office staff is super friendly. I’m hoping I send some referrals his way soon and we will certainly be back for our jewelry needs
