RIP TRU. With prices typically 20% higher than Amazon and other online retailers, it was only a matter of time until they closed their doors. Still, I am going to miss taking my daughters here to look around and occasionally get toys (and secretly looking for things I like as well). Going to miss being a Toys R Us Kid.

Going to miss this store when it closes. Very happy that I got a chance to experience taking my daughter inside one of its doors and seeing her excitement. By Toys R Us we will miss you. Thanks for the Memories.

Itll be a shame once they close. My son will never be able to experience a store that only sells toys. And they always has a significantly larger assortment of all toys. Sometimes online is easier, but for certain thinks, i like to see it in person to tell the actual size. Ill miss it once they officially close.

Nicely laid out. Bright. People are very friendly and helpful. Good selection. Prices are not as good as Walmart or Target. Service is much better and checkout much faster.

Shame its closing had a lot of good memories when I was a kid going into the store. Took my daughter for the first time and she loved it. They carry toys other store dont.

This store is very clean and organized. There is always someone to help you with ur questions. My grandson enjoys all the hot wheels and tracks.

Definitely did price comparison for a 5 yr old boy and 7 yr old girl and Amazon has better prices especially if youre a prime member ... Unfortunately I used to like toys R us and just left there but way too high on prices.

Waste of my time. I came in early today to look for a Mother Goose plush toy for my friends daughter. I went around the store three times with no acknowledgement or assistance from employees. Not even can I help you. Finally, I went to customer service and was waiting on line. After the customer in front of me and was done, a lady with her grandkid rudely cut me without waiting and the service clerk took her anyways. She was only asking a question, but the point was I was next and the clerk didnt address that. When I finally came up, I told her what I was looking for and she had no idea. Then the phone rings and she answers the phone turning around and blows me off and takes the call instead. Now, if it was me, I would say please hold and finish with the previous customer. Still, I was just so done and walked out. So, I went online and ordered the plush toy. If I had known, I will stick to that instead of wasting time and gas driving 35 minutes here and spending another 35 minutes looking around the store. I guess I have to be a parent with a kid to get better service because it seems that is the requirement there. Never again.

This place is complete krapp they will not accept any gifts certificates. A family member gave me a gift certificate for my two-year-old son on Christmas and they refused to let me use it saying it was locked and that they needed proof of payment. It is since been a big disaster and as a single mom $30 and thats a entire Mickey mouse clubhouse. Like really they are going bankrupt n are not honoring any gift certificates. Called corporate n everything. So far I have gotten no where with them.

Great toy store, if they dont have something they will get it for you. Workers are very helpful, friendly and polite. The store is always clean and tidy.

Bad experience(s) with them. They do not have the mentality of The Customer is ALWAYS right!So, 3 of the same item is on the bottom shelf marked at $14.99. It rang up $30 something, I said no this is supposed to be $14.99. Turns out that a incompetent employee put not 1, not 2, but THREE of the same item on the wrong shelf and somehow its not their fault and wont honor the price...and this is not the first time this has happened. Toys R us is overpriced anyway, so I am not missing by never stepping foot in there again. And from what have heard the employees are not treated very well (at any of the locations).

Women up front were very helpful, still waited OVER half an hour for someone to bring out an easel. usually i dont care about a wait but that was just ridiculous

Between shirts toys and games that your children can play this store is awesome for its selection and I recommend it to anyone exspecially for holiday shopping

This is a fantastic place for kids to look around, it really lets them play and have fun! I definitely recommend this.

Very disappointed . I went there with my son who had a gift card that he was issued in February (went there in May). My disappointment was, both my kids are Jeffrey club members. Being so we should have received a note saying that they will no longer be accepting gift cards for payment. Or they should be pulled off the market. My son was given a $25 gift card was unable to use it and handed a slip saying the contact Bankruptcy Court. My son is 9 he is not going to be able to look up and research Bankruptcy Court. Needless to say Mom paid for his purchasesp that day instead of being able to use the $25 gift card he received.

I enjoyed browser the tremendous selection of different toys and games.

Love bringing grandchildren and watching the smiles as explore the toy store.

Tru, I came to visit this location for nostalgia. It was my child hood Tru and its sad what has become of this once joyous location. The toy aisle in Walmart or Target usually have all my needs with Amazon filling in the rest.You failed to have any new or competitive sales and missed trending toys this Christmas, like those corney fingerlings. Barnes and nobles had a better stock and a very friendly manager that was clearly giddy he ordered them. It was just a mess getting into your store to even try to get one. Poor communication. People were entering through the exit side.

If you shop online at Toys R Us you get much better prices than you do in store shopping

Went in here for the first time in years since we usually buy toys online. I can see how theyre going out of business. The store hasnt been updated in years. The floors are dirty, shelves a mess, prices too high. Damn.

For a company going out of business youd think the sales would be better....5 to 10 percent off most of the stuff. The only thing 30 percent off is gift wrap...thanks

Great selection and prices if you wait for sales. Must pay attention to product prices because some of their quoted retail prices are inflated.

People are nice. Very helpful to find things just more expensive than other stores but good service.

Staff is nice, and will work with you to price match items. Regular priced toys are very expensive, so try to find a coupon or wait for a sale if you can.

Constantly asked for help in buying a bike and everyone i talked to went looking for help and no one came back...waited quite awhile then told girl at register no one would help so they lost a sale..i walked out !!!

We were standing in one line were told its going to take a while go to that one meanwhile we had no idea that the girl she sent us to was closed for quite some time but took us because we were sent there .

Its closing, theres not much left. Its a sad time where Sears and Toys R Us are closing.

Everything youve been looking for is right on the shelves. A little slow on the registers but otherwise good.
