I bought a hot tub from LBI in 2010. ALWAYS excellent service at the store and if I am in need of any repairs!!!!! My last hot tub (from a different dealer) and service on it was a nightmare! LBI is always there with total professionalism. Today I saw Brian in the Point Pleasant store and he was great.....kind, helpful, and professional. I would never go anywhere else for a hot tub or service. Thanks for being here LBI!!!!

We couldnt be more pleased with the Hot Tub and the service we received from LBI Hot Springs in Point Pleasant. We had visited a few Spa stores before arriving at LBI Hot Spring Spas in Point Pleasant. We realized immediately that Susan, the LBI Hot Springs sales representative, was a world apart from the sales reps at the other stores. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional and very kind...with no hard sell pressure to buy. At that point we knew we would make our purchase from this store. We also researched Hot Spring Hot Tubs online and that further cemented our decision. The follow-up and responsiveness to our questions before and after our purchase has been outstanding., thanks to Susan and Shane. I rarely take the time to write a review but this merchant was unique in their customer service efforts. PS, we LOVE our Hot Tub!!!!!!

The technician Zach was extremely through and knowledgeable. He explained to me the issues clearly and described my options. He was respectively and very professional. He diligently troubleshot the spa and got it back to like new status. great job.

Great hot tub buying experience from beginning to end. Staff were courteous and knowledgeable about the hot tubs on offer. Wide selection of tubs both new and pre-owned.My experience buying a pre-owned tub was second to none. They gave us a fair deal on the tub itself and it runs like its brand new off the factory. Delivery and installation was quick and professional. Will happily work with them again when its time to upgrade.Thank you again Jack and Danielle for an effortless experience!

Fair pricing great sales staff great customer service. Really attentive and resourceful sales staff no matter who I worked with. At no point dos I feel they were pressure-selling me, but instead helping me see my way through purchase the most reasonable financially.

Buying a hottub from LBI HOTSPRINGS was the best thing we ever did for our family. Our five kids use it all the time. Lbi Hotsprings was affordable and provides great service. We highly recommend them to everyone.

Top of the line selection of high end hot tubs and a friendly staff to answer questions. The prices were expensive but the tubs had many nice features.
