I had hit my first (and hopefully last) deer...I had never had an accident before and was so anxiety ridden. My husband works long hours, and I had an almost 2 year old. (At the time). This was the last thing I needed...My entire passenger door and front corner panel was dented in. The fog light, was pushed back into the cavity...Per my dealerships recommendation, I went with Lewis Collision Center for my repairs. I met with Orie and he immediately put all my worries to rest and walked me through the process.Unfortunately my insurance wouldnt cover a rental car and with a baby, I really couldnt afford to not have a car. Since my car was still drivable, Orie let me hang onto it until they had a loaner car available.Once a car became available, they took mine in for repairs.They had my car for about 2 weeks and gave me periodical updates.During that time I had let Orie and Jeff know that the passenger door (where most of the deer impact happened) would catch air and get pulled by wind, plus alot of noise and if they could, to please double check to make sure it was sealed and quiet. (I hate wind noise 🙈)When my car was finished, Orie called me to let me know and told me he took it for a test drive just to make sure that passenger door was sealed and quiet like I asked for.When I got there, my car was immaculate! It was detailed inside and out, the dents were gone, the paint was flawless. It looked brand new! Like nothing ever happened!Jeff immediately greeted me and got it pulled up next to the loaner and even offered to get my carseat moved and clicked into my car for me! (Thank you!) He helped me get the rest of my stuff too!Orie then walked me through the paperwork and got everything finalized for me. It was a breeze!These two gentlemen were perfect in every way and so incredibly helpful and kind. I couldnt have asked for a more flawless and easy process.I got in my car and away I went. And best of all (no wind noise....it was so quiet my baby girl fell back asleep).I am so happy to have my car back, but so grateful for the wonderful experience and would definitely take my car back to Orie and Jeff in a heart beat. (Though I hope my run ins with Bambi are over) 🦌Thank you again Orie and Jeff!(I have a filter on the finished results. The paint color is the exact match as it was before)

I had hit my first (and hopefully last) deer the night before while traveling across the state and the subsequent day, I brought the car into Lewis Collision Center - various panels in front hanging off, misaligned hood, etc ... and Orie Allison took me under his wing, went thoroughly through my car and looked for any absolute structural/safety issues, advised me informally on whether itd be safe to continue on my journey to get bodywork done in a totally different state .. informed me about potential hazards like a possibly bent radiator (so I should keep an eye on temperatures).. pointed out things that even the shop who actually did the collision repair missed at first (namely, bent radiator) .. and he helped me wire up the body panels and realign pieces so that I was able to actually make my journey safely.. which I did, multiple days away. And I dont recall that they even charged me anything for all this. Absolutely blown away by their experience, knowledge, skill, kindness, and consideration. Orie gave me his card and asked me to make sure to let him know I arrived safely, which I did, and he replied. Just blown away by the service. Keep doing what you do, you guys, ... world needs more of ya! And Ill do my best to remember and pay it forward. Definitely coming back to use these guys but Ill plan not to hit anymore deer!

Orie was a tremendous helpIn getting my car repairs fixed. This was a month long process as the insurance company was not cooperative. He called me frequently to keep me updated on where the repairs were and with the issues they were experiencing I getting it fixed. The whole team did an excellent job with getting this complete. I highly recommend!

I was very impressed with my experience at Lewis Collision Center. Orie did a wonderful job communicating with me to provide updates and outline the next steps. It was a breathe of fresh air compared to the experience Ive had dealing with my insurance company!

Unfortunately my car was totaled and a repair option wasnt probably going to work for me. But, Jeff was very helpful in explaining everything and offered a lot of advice without trying to sell me on a repair he didnt think was going to be a good idea. Very helpful.
Its plain to see why they are so busy! The office staff are all very helpful and friendly, and the mechanics do amazing work!! They even explained what needed to be done without any of the usual glossing over (dont worry bout a thing, your makeup mirror will be fine...wink wink) that often happens when youre a woman asking car questions. They truly went above and beyond to get my car looking and running great again!!
I took my vehicle to this business to get it fixed after it recieved hail damage. I live in a small town so driving over an hour to get it fixed was my only choice. For what I asked to be repaired, I was promised it would take a week. The vehicle was kept for 4 weeks and getting an update was almost impossible. I finally had to have a MAN call in so that we could get a straight answer. The most important thing I asked to be repaired was a leak in the sun roof. The night I finally got it home, it rained heavily and it leaked very badly. So again I had to take off work and take it back to Topeka. They kept it for two more weeks and assured me it was fixed. Well, it finally rained a good amount last night and to no surprise, my whole canopy filled with water again. It took my husband two bath towels to soak it up. To say that I dont recommend this establishment is an understatement. I missed an exceptional amount of work to take my vehicle to and from their location. I paid them a substantial amount of money for repairs that didnt fix anything.
Called to get frame damage repaired on a 2013 F150 that doesnt run from the collision. They gave me the run around that they are unable to move it around with it not running and referred me to another shop. Im 58 137lbs and am able to move the pickup around in my 3 car garage by myself with it not running. For a professional shop this shouldnt be an issue. Jeff was supposed to call but never did. Lady answering the phone is nice but otherwise wouldnt recommend.
Great Place to take a vehicle for repairs. All others was saying they wouldnt take my vehicle over the weekend because insurance wouldnt pay for it. I was completely frustrated. Call the Lewis Collision and they took my car and had an estimate with in 24 hours.Thank you
Great service on vehicles and with customers
I had a dent in my hood that needs repaired. That is it. No other damage.I dropped off my car over two weeks ago and they still have not gotten it completed. I get the run around as to why it isnt done. I have not had a rental in the time frame and they are aware how badly I am in need of my own car back.If they were too busy to fix a dent, they should not have accepted my car to begin with. If they encountered unforseen difficulty, they could at least call me and keep me in the loop or tried making it right by me. For a collision center not to be able to fix a dent in over 14 days, that is absolutely ridiculous. Now theyre saying maybe by the end of the week my car will be done. Doubtful, yet optimistic.

Jeff in the main office coordinated everything. I had not made a claim in some time and he was one of the most helpful humans I have ever come across. USAA picked a gem of a company when they contracted with Lewis Collision Center. Waiting on repairs and will rate again when finished.
They fixed our car up as good as new. Took a little time, but all the shops in town had the same 2 weeks out for service.
