The men who replaced my car windshield were very nice and it took less than 30 minutes to complete. I was so thankful they were able to come to my house to install it. If I ever need this type of service again, they will be the only place I consider going.Thank you guys so much!

I had no problem getting my window repaired. It has held up. They were really nice and professional. Ordered the correct widow and installed in record time. They were recommended as the cheapest but Id add to that as the fastest and most polite. Thank you.

I called kings about my 14 Chevy and asked about my camera in the windshield needing reprogrammed. They informed me they dont do that but once the windshield was installed I could take it down to Ed Bozarth and they would program it for free. This didnt sound right so I called Ed Bozarth and was told kings has been telling people this for a while now and its not true! It would have cost me 200$ for them to do it. DO NOT USE KINGS THEY WILL LIE JUST TO GET YOUR MONEY!

Good people and good work. another installer told me that they would scratch the heck out of my car if they installed my window due to a pre-existing sloppy job. Kings Auto Glass installed my window with no damage, and had it done in an hour and a half. Theyre my new glass people.

Safelite wanted $399 to replace my windshield at their shop, which seemed very high. I called around and finally got King Auto Glass. They quoted me $248 after tax, which is exactly what I paid. I dropped of my car and it was done in about 80 minutes. Affordable, friendly, high quality service from this little shop!

The people here not only overcharge you for window and installation, they also DAMAGE OTHER PARTS OF YOUR VEHICLE TRYING TO CHANGE WINDSHIELD.... til this day I have problems with my windshield wipers ; they bent wiper arms and bent windshield wiper assembly so bad it all needed to be replaced.. so if you ever get windshield wiper changed here Nd wipers stop working you kno why ?

I am not impressed with the service at all!! Very sketchy! Beware! They told me the the reason my windshield was leaking was because it was rusted, and it would cost me $20 extra for rust control. What they put on the rust, was nothing but the primer for windshield. Then asked for the $20 in cash!! When they were finished I tried to call the main office but couldnt get through, miraculously when one of the workers called they went straight through. I feel they are very sketchy and would not hire them again! I would go elsewhere!!

I called this company and spoke to the representative 4 times over a month. The first time, she said that she needed the OEM number from the dealership because my windshield has several options. I called back the next day with the OEM number and she promised to call me back. I since called two more times over the next two weeks and same response. She never called me back. Today, I called again: she was EXCESSIVELY rude and unprofessional. When I called her out on her behavior and failure to return the last several calls, she told me to go somewhere else and hung up.Avoid this company. They do not have the ability to ensure you are getting the best parts for your vehicle and make the owner do all the research.

Im always choosing them first when I need a new windshield. The service is fast, theyre friendly and the lobby is clean. It doesnt hurt that theyre so close to my favorite restaurants while I wait. They do excellent work!

Disappointed. Small business that improve by every day for months. I saw an interview they had on the local news, so I finally called them. Unfortunately, they missed the appointment time...I called 5 mins before my appointment deadline. Theyre coming but running late. A little later I got a message that they ordered the wrong glass. Angry now, I call around and Kings service is 100.00 less expensive then two well know competitors. I will have to decide whether to pay the extra 100.00 because it cost me more than that for the hours I took of waiting for them.

I had my windshield replaced at Kings Auto Glass on 4/20/16, lowest price in town (I called around). The next day after getting my windshield replaced it rained, I turned on my windshield wipers and the passenger side wiper completely fell off. It had been broken when my windshield was repaired the day prior. The clip was completely broken off, so it had just been laid on my windshield to look as if it was not broken. I had to replace my wiper that day costing me $29. Once it was replaced and my wipers were in working condition again my delay/rain sensor no longer worked. I made a phone call to Kings Auto Glass and left a message. A week went by and I had not heard back. I called again from my cell phone and no answer, I then called from another number and my phone call was answered. I was told that a message had been left for me when one had not been. I was told to come down to the shop to have the workers take a look at the windshield wiper. I went immediately with my broken windshield wiper in hand and receipt from my out of pocket expense. Kings Auto did fully refund my cost for the replacement wiper. The manager then told me that they would call me when the gel came in to fix my rain sensor by the end of the next business day. Over a week has gone by and I have yet to hear from them. They have the lowest prices in town, but their customer service is lacking as well as skill on the actual practice of replacing windshields.

They not only tore up the seal around it when they took the old one out. They didnt even seal it back on. I have to go somewhere else and pay them to fix it professionally now. Not happy at all. Not only that but I had my bible in the front passenger seat and he just threw it on the floor in the back. TOTALLY DISRESCTFUL!!

Kings Auto Glass is outstanding! I had a large crack in my windshield that I had put off having fixed. With a winter storm coming I decided to call King and get an estimate. Not only was the quote about $150 less than what I was prepared to pay but they also scheduled me for that morning...like an hour after I called! When I dropped off my car I was courteously greeted and the staff immediately went to work on my vehicle. I left my car there and received a call about one hour later saying my car was ready for pickup. I am VERY pleased with the service I received and the price I paid. I will patronize this business again if I have auto glass needs!

Horrible horrible service. Chipped top of my denali when putting in my windshield. Half of my trim was on my engine instead of under my windshield and they can barely speak english. If you have a nice newer car do NOT come here. They will mess it up with a smile! Not professional. Quality was horrible. Colored the top of my denali with black marker to cover the chip!!!

They got the window in, but cut corners everywhere else. The plastic vents under the wipers at the bottom of the window, didnt have all the screws put back. I found one that was just sitting next to the plastic, and one missing. The idiot who did the window never bothered to clean up the glass pieces from the cab when they were done. The installer didnt even bother to cover up the defrost vent and when i turned on the defrost i could hear glass chunks bouncing around. Small particles of glass keep blowing out.

A part of me told myself to check my local businesses and I am so happy I trusted my intuition and chose Kings Auto Glass! Kudos to the website they have set up and also they saved me SO much money! So so so happy with King Auto Glass! I had a chip in my windshield that safelite came to repair. A week later the chip had grown into a crack clear across my windshield. I called safelite and they claimed it was a failed repair and now I needed to replace my windshield for nearly $500.I decided to call around and get some other quotes and the last call I made was to King Auto Glass. I spoke to Nancy on the phone and she was awesome. Very nice and professional. I was quoted more than half of what I would have paid with safelite! Not only did they save me money, they also got the job done on the same day I called. King Auto Glass saved me so much time and money, I highly suggest King Auto Glass!!!!

I went to Kings auto this morning to have a window replaced. Nancy was rude and did not care that I was upset at the way I was handled as a customer. My appt was 8:30am they did not open the door until 8:45am then I was asked if I had an appt and If I bought my window with me. I was then asked if I was pay cash I responded no debit. Nancy then said it would be an additional $5.00. I asked why I was not told that when I made the appointment. I did not get an answer. I was then told I have to pay up front, before my window was installed, I refused to pay up front, I was then told by Nancy that either I pay up front or I can take my car somewhere else!I have used this place before and was pleased with the service. Today was a whole different experience.
