Very well stocked auto parts store. The employees are well trained to service the novice auto mechanic.they also carry parts to get your trailer back on the road. They follow the county and state covid 19 protocols. Handicap parking and handicap accessible.

My husband and I own an auto repair shop and have used this parts store for many years. With the new owner, came a new manager. The service is terrible and the manager so rude. Will avoid using them again.

I wasnt looking for anything in particular, today. Just doing some browsing, and looking for ideas. The guys greeted me, and checked if I needed any help. Very pleasant staff, even if I was only there for the looking. Im sure Ill be back when the time comes to start working on a project.

Get a written quote from the machine shop!!!! The guy who owns it will charge you more than the original quote! (Tim is not a man of his word) take your stuff to absolute or fiddlers!The owner said to contact him via email, and I did on November 29th. They replied to my previous review, but I guess I wasted my time sending them an email, because they never replied to it!Steer clear of this place!! He charged me over 2 grand for a four cylinder!!! But he quoted 1400 bucks! Tim will lie through his teeth!

This review is regarding the Napa Machine shop that is connected to this NAPA store. First of all, no-one really knows if this is apart of NAPA or not, but from what I have been told it is owned by an individual and not the NAPA corporation...I was quoted $1,400 to have a block, crankshaft, camshafts, and head tested with magnaflux, polished, and tanked. This was a pretty high quote, but from what I heard the shop does great work. So I went ahead and went for it.When I went to pick up my parts about a month later, he told me total of $2,100... I was shocked. This was almost twice what I was expecting to pay. When I confronted what appears to be the owner of the machine shop he just pointed to the invoice and said it broke down to this amount. I was never called or warned that the original quote was no longer valid...I will say this is partially my fault for not getting the quote in writing. I did record our conversation when he did the original quote and I have been told by an attorney that I could pursue the damages of ($700). The problem is I have to first pay 250$ court costs, then also fees for the attorney unless I choose to represent myself.All in all, it isnt worth it to take him to court. I wish he would have just stuck to his word on his verbal quote. But the whole reason for me writing this is to warn other people that you need to get a written quote from this guy.They do great machine work, really... Its not that. Its just the fact that I feel I was cheated by this business, and I was cheated the perfect amount to make it really not worth my time to pursue it.... Go figure...If NAPA is reading this, you should really put it out there that this guy is not apart of NAPA corp... I thought I could trust the verbal quote from a shop with NAPA backing it, but to find out just some random topekan owns the machine shop is very sad to hear... I should have just taken my stuff to absolute or fidlers.Also... Because of this, I will never buy a part from NAPA again.. Just really put a bad taste in my mouth when this happened to me... (I used to buy all my rebuild kits/parts from NAPA) Not anymore... and Never again...Also I will recommend people steer clear of this place. There are better options in Topeka... And even better options in KC if your willing to drive that far for a machine shop.

As you will notice about my ratings I rarely give anyplace a five star rating, as far as prices go they are competitive with the other stores, product quality may vary but that goes with anything man made, somethings in my opinion are a little over priced. But theres an old saying you get what you pay for.

When my muffler went last week, I didnt know where to get it fixed. Turns out it aint so hard to fix yourself, parts at NAPA. They dont just sell the stuff they are pros.
