Has an option for ordering balloons online that you cant request the balloons to be inflated. Called the store (after finding the number on party city site as google # is wrong) and they will not take an order over the phone for pick up. I ended up calling Dillons who gladly took the order and will have it ready today.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. They had a great selection of Halloween costumes. Prices were about 10.00 higher than Walmart, target etc. But literally those stores had nothing. So worth it to me.

We last minute needed to grab some balloons for a wedding and this place is the place to go if you need balloons!! They have so many different colors and types and I felt like they were a great price. We did have to wait about a half hour for our order to be ready because they had about 5 orders in front of ours. I would suggest calling ahead if you have a balloon order, or stopping in to place your order and then running errands for about 30 minutes and come back to grab the balloons. The ladies working behind the counter seemed a little stressed and cranky but Im guessing thats just because they were so busy when we were there. Overall, highly suggest this place if youre looking for balloons especially.

Every time I’ve gone in this store Ive been greeted by friendly staff. I’m not much of a shopper and usually ask where an item is located. A staff member has always taken the time to take me to the items I’m looking for. I appreciate this customer service rather than someone simply pointing and saying “Isle 4”.Thank you Party America! I’ll be back!

Everything I needed accept a pinata but recommended places but everything I got from their made my childrens birthdays the best going back soon gotta a 6 year old party to do in less than two weeks

Fun and they have lots of variety birthday supplies and just looking at everything makes you excited and gives you ideas on planning a fun party

I wouldnt even give this place a full star. The products are fine- over priced but fine. The staff however is terrible. I have been here twice each time the staff has been extremely rude. They treat you as if they are better than you. I have never experienced costumer service this bad! My suggestion buy online at Amazon!

They had everything i needed for my sons 1st birthday. i thought i would have to make a day out of it but this is the real one stop shop i got my balloons, banners, streamers, cups, and plates litterly everything i needed. when it comes to party supplies i will 100% be coming back im glad i decided to stop by the environment was great and everything was even fairly priced keep up the good work!

In general the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the lady who seemed to be the manager was extremely unpleasant and rude with myself and other customers while we waited for our balloons to be ready. I was waiting for the store to open to be sure I could get party balloons for an afternoon graduation. The manager made a big deal out of the fact that I didnt call ahead to buy balloons, then told me it would be a 30 minute wait. I came back an hour and a half later and my balloons still werent ready. I didnt have an issue with waiting my turn, but I did have an issue with her rudeness and taking an hour longer than she told me it would. Well take our business elsewhere in the future.

New name so there are some growing pains as they switch things around and restock. But the cashier was very friendly and knew where to find what we were looking for so that was very helpful.

Fun store. Takes a while to be rung out if youre just buying items. Three employees were all filling balloon orders.

There is a wide variety inexpensive supplies for parties and events. The checkout process is frequently slow though.

First of all the commercial says they have animatronics and they had none I was very disappointed secondly the staff was not friendly.

Went looking for a specific item. Was directed right to it. Since I was in a bit of a rush, this worked out perfectly.

The service here isnt bad, but theyre severely understaffed every time I go - there are three or four employees, and each is stuck at the register with lines of six or seven customers - and I dont ever go at peak times. When you finally can get service, theyre knowledgable and friendly. In terms of finding what I need, I think the selection of merchandise is pretty limited for such a huge store. I needed 6 cheap tiaras for a party - not a bachelorette party or a themed birthday party - but all they had in the right size and price range were bachelorette-themed tiaras or ones with non-removable Disney princess images. There were metal prom-style tiaras that were priced individually and would have cost over $60 to get the 6 I needed. I ended up getting tiny plastic tiaras about the size of a hair ornament that were fun and we made due, but they werent what I originally wanted or what I expected such a large store to carry. Overall, if youre willing to improvise a bit, you can generally make it work here.
