Best hair store in town prices are kinda high. But they better get it to together there is 2 new hair stores in town

Topeka beauty supply has been in Topeka forever. Beauty supply stores are limited especially for people of color. It is always clean and the owner is always nice and friendly. There is a wide variety to choose from and always something new. The are on the pricier side compared to Kansas City or online.

Been their twice and something was wrong about the customer service. First time, I trouble getting help finding a product. The second time the cash register clerk tossed my pay card me. After I didn’t understand the $5 limit of purchase for customers. So, basically you have to spend five dollars or you can’t purchase anything, when using a pay card. I don’t ever intend on returning there. Topeka has several different/better beauty shops ...I’ll shop there for now on.

Always out of stock on wigs.. if you buy a wig off the floor they changed the policy. Now you get 10% off if you pay cash and if you pay card you get 8% off. Super silly! Ill keep shopping in kc

They Always have the hair I need

After living in the south and moving back here. This store is very overpriced. They never hav sales or specials. I only go the if I didn’t order enough hair from the website is use to purchase the hair I’m going to use. So I will only go to this store if I need one (no more than that) if I run out. Over all this store is pretty ok since it’s the only hair store in Topeka but I would rather go to KC, order my hair or have a family member send me hair form the south.

Its a good place to come to get things I need for my hair and my daughter

When I was in topeka this was literally the only hair store they had. overpriced and not that great variety. I was very upset, especially coming from Co where we have plenty of choices.

This is the only beauty supply in town that caters primarily to people of color. I have been coming here since I was 16. Mr.Yu( I think thats how you spell it) and his family are really nice. His prices are a little high on some items but its a good establishment. They are good people. The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars is because there are some things that are over priced. But overall its a good place.

This is kind of a Nifty store. They have all kinds of stuff other than beauty supplies that you can purchase. It is not restricted to professionals only. And the store is very large and has extremely good prices. However, it is 98% geared toward ethnic or African American hair so if youre looking for lightener or other colors and several other things that arent specifically geared toward ethnic are not the best place to go.

They always have what Im looking for but I think theyre a little over-priced on some products. Staff is friendly and helpful but not the most convenient location. Hopefully they consider a relocation along with an expansion.

Large selection of products, good prices BUT the cashier was VERY rude and basically made me feel uncomfortable!!! Ill keep shopping at Sallys, never going back there!!👎😡

For the most part I like this place. Although I wish they had some other hair stores to give them some competition. They need to cater to the mature ladies not enough hair extensions, ponytails, buns etc. for these ladies. They need to keep up with the times.

Like shopping for eyelashes and good weaves.

Was greeted nicely answered all questions and have a nice selection of products. A must I return.

The only one in town. I ve been going here since I was 16 years old. I am now 35. I m in there often.... I wish they sold more synthetic wigs, more variety, I m not a big fan of lace front unless its 360 lace.

Its a cool place wish it was a little bit cheaper for some of there products.

Carry everything possible for your hair including affordable hair extensions. Owners are so friendly and helpful. This store is a staple to the city of Topeka.

I love it here - there selection is amazing. I have a 7 year old little girl and always stay up in here for their barrettes :) and love their clip in extensions - much cheaper here than online !!

We have so much fun with beauty products from this place. Get your extensions, dreads, combs, hair clips, hair, skin and makeup items, even some fun jewelry. The other customers are even fun to be around.

I purchased hair on feb 20 . Was assured it was 100% human hair.. paid $119. And $139. For 2 different bundles.. went to get it washed and conditionedIt matted together. Cosmetologist said it was not 100% human hair. Store refused refund and was rude.Happy birthday to me...To court we go!

This beauty supply store is good if you are buying hair supplies but do not purchase any type of hair from here unless its braiding hair. Their quality of hair is awful and obviously cheap and poor quality. The workers are rude and try to force you to buy their awful quality hair. From the bundles to the wigs they are just awful and youll be better off ordering offline instead of dealing with their quality

They need to expand there products when it comes to crochet hair

Ive been attending this beauty supply store since I was a young girl. The family is very friendly and helpful. However the downside of the store are the options. The options are very limited.

So. Many. Wefts.Go in. Take your time. Browse every aisle, shelf, case, and end cap. You wont be disappointed.

Comparing to the beauty supply stores in tulsa Oklahoma i will not purchase hair from them. To expensive for the quantity of hair that comes in there packets..

They sell items from the 90s at full price. Over charge for everthing only because its the only beauty supply in Topeka. Such a rip-off. Customer service sucks. Items on the shelves are so old in some of the products you can see water sitting on top of it, product basically turned into water. I seen some hair that was called yaki perm 10inches for 22.00 with a dirty organge price sticker on it the bag was so dusty it looked like dirty fish tank water from afar. If they had a beauty supply inspector they would be shut down immediately with no possibility of opening up. What kind of Koreans are they to not have their store in order. Just aweful -100
