Love this place, boots and boots and boots and leather and lace, great name brands and helpful friendly service.

One stop shop for boots, anyone who hikes or has anything other than an office job should definitely use this as their first stop. I did find their options for comfortable but stylish heavy duty boots, especially with steel tips, to be sorely lacking, but at the end of the day any heavy duty boots are gonna get destroyed and don’t need to look great.

Well staffed. A lot of boots. Well stocked and the staff were very attentive. I had at least 3 ask if they could help me find anything. All other customers were being addressed as well. Great job.

Got what I needed and quick and variety was OK. Want to post 5 stars badly but they need more bags and work gear.

Went in to this store to buy four pairs of boots for the family, was likely to drop five hundred dollars on boots. But instead the Communist manager refused to let me in without a mask, even though I have asthma, and cant wear a mask. So I took my five hundred dollars and spent it at tarwaters on way better boots.

The staff is great, very knowledgable and friendly. The selection for western wear is massive. The work boot selection is very limited especially if you have wide feet. The work wear section is decent sized one of the only places I can find for FR work wear.

Huge selection of boots. Some top quality country-western shirts. Top quality denim. And a selection of some affordable workwear. As well as cologne and belts! They even have jewelry for the ladies.

The girls were very helpful, and very easy on the eyes as well.

I love this place! They have great sales and every sales person in there has been very nice. There boots are pricey just wished they had some type of lay a way for even 60 days.

Great store. I bought some boots for my husband back in November and the tacks started coming out of the soles by January. I don’t think it had anything to do with the quality of the boot but rather a manufacturer defect. Boot barn took them right back and gave us a new pair that day no questions asked. Great customer service will definitely go back.

Was looking for twisted Xs. They didnt have my size. But, I find it hard to spend $100 on a shoe

Disappointed by my visit today only because I did not find what I was looking dor but the staff (David) was sharp, knew his product and tried his hardest to find something comparable to what i was in the market for. I was hoping boot barn was a red wing outlet but they are not sadly. This store is well organized, has a great selection and a top performing staff. I may return for western style boots in the future. I highly recommend to anyone else inntje market for boots or hats to definitely stop in at boot barn Topeka.

Nice place to get any kind of boots with Friendly service

I went here to exchange a pair of boots i bought on the website and the worker completely messed up and i left the store with no boots and no refund. The customer service both in the store and over the phone was horrible. However i sent them an email and the online customer service lady called me and corrected the issue. I would say be careful at this store.

Friendly staff. Great variety of dressier boots and clothes. Downside, if you wear a womens boot 10 or larger, options to try on in store are limited.

Good selection of Western wear of all kinds, like Vanderbilts. I was expecting it to be a shoes of all kind store. Their boots were a bit pricey. I can do better at Sheplers online.

I was disappointed with this place. I went in to have a hat reshaped just a touch up in the front. I was told I could drop it off but it would take 2-3 days! REALLY?? For a 5 min touch up? Probably wont be spending any more money here!

When they opened up the manager came out opened the door, shook the matt out our direction, looked at us then brushed his hands off turned around and walked inside closing the door. No hello or anything. It was very rude so we walked away.

My sister and I showed up at 8:59 and stood outside for the store to open at 9. We backed up when the employee came to the door and were patient as he unlocked and then put a mat out. The man didnt even acknowledge us, just brushed off his hands and turned his back as if we did not exist.

EXTREMELY OVER PRICED! The staff are inexperienced and uneducated. I went in to get boots and was told i needed a wide and smaller size and was rushed out. Bought the oversized boots tried them for a day and was denied return. Not to mention i found them for $75 less literally everywhere else.

Staff was helpful and knowledgeable about everything. Made it seem like they were there just to help me.

Tried to buy boots. Hubs tried on a boot for the right foot. No matching left boot on the shelf. Apparently they had already sold a mismatched left 10W and a right 10M. Okay then.
