When I called to get a water system put into my place of business, it was very easy to get set up. That was five years ago, and Ive had absolutely no problems with service or quality in that entire time. The employees really appreciate having clean, cold water available to them at work, and I appreciate that their service is consistent, timely, inexpensive and 100% hassle-free. As an small but important employee benefit it is really a win-win. Highly recommended.

Very happy with the service. Notifies me the day before. Also calls me if I for get to put empty bottles out. Willing to adjust my normal schedule of delivery if needed. Good customer service, easy to work with.

Happy with our home filter system. Its low maintenance, just once per year. Its reliable and we can always get help with any questions if we have any. Mostly, we dont even notice we have it, although the water is delicious!

Service tech was amazing, did good work, and was quick. System works great. Had to have the system moved to a new house and they did an amazing job. And was well worth the money to have them move the system and reset it up

Outstanding service. I have been a Culligan water customer for 8 years in four different duty stations. This is the best service I have received hands down! I highly recommend this service. I have never run out of water, as I receive alerts via emails, texts, and phone calls when they are going to pick-up and drop off our 5 gallon water bottles.

Ive had Culligan water,service my water softener which I bought from them for a very long time. Thay are Always on time and very efficient while working on my system. They recently serviced my Daughters family water softener and was very professional.

ANALYSIS WAS A LITTLE SHOCKING BUT NOT TOTALLY UNEXPECTED SINCE OLD SOFTENER WAS A LITTLE OVER 20 YEARS OLD. NEW UNIT WAS DELIVERED AND INSTALLED ON THE SAME DAY AND INSTALLATION OF NEW UNIT WAS QUICKER THAN I THOUGHT. OVEREALL I AM TOTALLY SATISIFIED WITH THE WHOLE PROCESS.

Braxton was an amazing technician. Super nice! Explained everything in detail and even gave me his work cell number so no matter when I had a question or concern I could leave him a message and he always called me back during working hours. He went above and beyond any of the past encounters we had experience with Culligan and we have had their systems since 1990 when we built our house. I believe Culligan needs to give Braxton a raise. And do everything to keep him with Culligan!Great job Braxton you also deserve a promotion!

Ok. This survey is the first contact since we bought the softener. Absolutely nothing else. It is a good product. Meanwhile our daughter and her husband have been in contact a couple of times and haven’t had a response.

Culligan made it possible to use the city water, which has a taste to it. If i can taste it, we do not want to drink it. I bought my own water tester, above 50ppm, is not recommended for drinking!!! The city water measured 129ppm, compared to the water that runs thru the culligan filter, which reads 6ppm!!! What does that tell you? The water can now be used in cooking, drinking, coffee making, without any unwanted taste.

Joe is a great guy to work with. He really knows how to conduct a great business. I would strongly recommend doing business with him

Tanja provides excellent customer service, always friendly and helpful. The Culligan water tastes great. I pack my 64 oz. of water daily to take to work. Staying hydrated keeps me happy and healthy. Only down side - I need to get a smaller container. 5 gallons is too much for me to handle - good thing I have a man around the house.

I love the taste of this water! Far better than any other place Ive tried. I would highly recommend this place for all of your bottle water needs! I can even taste a hint of flavor of coconut which is how they filtrate and thats a bonus!

Initially when my account was transferred from the Olathe office to the Topeka office, I was displeased. I am not a fan of change and had always had excellent interactions with the people in Olathe as well as the gentleman that installed the system at my house. However, once I dealt with the Topeka office I was very impressed with the service. Besides having polite, respectful, and rapid responses on the phone, our interactions with the technician that came to service our system was absolutely wonderful. I have rarely had such great experiences with service personnel. I highly recommend the Topeka Culligan office!

My friend carrie dragged me in this store, Im not a big fan of having to pay for water. My husband did not like the water here in Kansas, so we decided to give this place a try. So far I love drinking the water and they offer the best price in town.
