If youre thinking about getting a security system, forget about Protection One/ADT! Their customer service/technical support is non-existent. During a recent power outage, my security panel alarmed and tech support could not help me shut it off.

I have been waiting for 4 days for someone to call and schedule me an appointment to fix my keypad! I have called 4 times now with no luck! I have changed the low batteries 2 times in the keypad and it wont stop beeping! I finally unplugged it and took out the batteries. Horrible customer service!
