Hi I went to bath and body works today to try out there new collection sunshine mimosa and it smelled great I was there getting my mothers day gift for my self the customer service rep who was working the door was very polite and kind you could tell she liked her job but the cashier 3607155 was very rude I told her I already had a rewards number and account she wasnt listening she still tried to sign up for the email list again she was not friendly at all I dont know if she dont like blacks or maybe was having a bad day or just didnt want to be at work today but she could have lost a sale based on how she treated me but I love bath and body works so I had to get my items

Great safety precautions in place. Helped me exchange candles that I didnt like, which went flawlessly without requiring a receipt.I took advantage of their buy 2 get 2 weekend sale. Helpful to help find some specific scents that I liked. Never was rushed and was treated well at all stages of my shopping experience.

Bath & Body Works is one of those stores that I cant help but spend hours in. I always have to smell all the new scents and test out the different lotions. Regardless of whether or not I entered the store with the intention of making a purchase, I always leave with something! The employees are always very nice and seem to love their jobs. Atmosphere is fantastic. My only critique is that there isnt much room to move around between the displays because the store is always pretty crowded.

Store was doing a good job of limiting the number of customers in the store at a time.

Was disappointed that they dont have many of their classic scents anymore. The White Citrus was always a favorite and could never go out of style.

Jenn was a great help in assisting me to pick out multiple qifts quickly and getting back to work.

This place has a lot of great products to make yourself, your home and your car smell amazing. One thing that I like is that they also tailor toward guys with fragrants and body wash. Another thing that I like is all of their sales that they run. One issue that I have is that the employees can tend to be overbearing but other than that its a great place to shop.

The sales girls are always nice and helpful. They make the experience much nicer

Im perplexed by their seemingly small supply of certain items. For example, the variety of fall candles leaves a lot to be desired. Most of the fall scents are slim pickings, except for body products. I generally love this place but was disappointed on this most recent visit.

Awesome sales! Store is clean and spacious yet so full. It smells so inviting and not overpowering. Staff is always happy and helpful, never pushy. I would like if an associate could order online for me, Ive never asked before but I was never offered when I could not find something in store. Still 5 stars! My husband and sons love it too

Wonderful and helpful staff, I was really sad because my favorite candle sold out so they took my name and number and called me 30 minutes later to tell me they found 3 of them in their underatorage and held them for me.

Every time I go in here, which is literally every time Im at the mall, I have a wonderful time! The employees are always so nice and helpful, the store has a great atmosphere! There almost always is a sale of some sort going on, which is awesome because Im in love with their lotions and candles! They have wonderful scents, products, and service, and I would definitely recommend stopping by!

Semi annual sale going on right now. Even Madagascar vanilla is just $4... body lotion shower gels and hand lotions anything in the scent. Also my favorite, dark kiss! Friendly employees and quick service.

This place has so many smells, they start overpowering each other. I think this place should provide little containers of coffee beans, to carry around, and clear your nose, between smelling each item. Its an old trick I learned from a candle consultant.Good deals, storewide. And their staff is great. They help you with your selections, your purchases, and even with coupons. Great place to shop.

I ordered on Nov 30 still waiting for package it’s still says processed has been saying this for two weeks!!! I called customer service the lady was very rude wouldn’t let me speak to a supervisor. I asked if I could just go to my local store and get those items I ordered online at the same price she said she they couldn’t do that. What kind of customer service is that I will never order online with them again!
