Today while shopping there with my kids I was checking out and one their employees ran over to my register, told me I needed to press the credit button (which I already knew, this was our second transaction in a row) and quickly entered a review for themselves about our visit. The employee entered the highest possible review ranking with out asking me about it or anything. I can easily follow prompts myself from a computer screen. They tried to do it so fast hoping I wouldnt even notice. It was so unprofessional and wrong.

Nice shop, almost guaranteed to find something new each time you come. My kids love all the games and toys. The electronics are hit or miss though, half of the time the electronics either dont work properly or break soon after purchase. Even taking that into consideration still a 4 star shopping experience.

Five below store have everything toys, cologne, clothes, electric, candys and more very cheap. That is good deal! Love it

The store was clean and well organized. Employees were respectful and not over bearing. Reason for a four start is because many items were above 5 dollars lol.

When we come to Topeka to visit our grandchildren we ALWAYS make sure that our grandchildren shop here.Plenty of stuff they like here and the cost NOT A PROBLEM..LOVE YOU GUYS...

I love this store. Not as much of a selection as the Lawrence store, but still fairly decent. The new 60 pack of gel pens are the best deal in the whole town!!! They are great!

They give terrible customer service they say they are not a self-checkout they are an assisted checkout. Well no assistance was offered to us and the girl standing up there was rude. The only time she said something was to point to a register and tell someone to go there. I received feedback from their company that was this ridiculous as this girls behavior that worked for them.

5 Belows inventory has expanded a lot since I first went there. You can find so many diverse items there and at a great price.

They always have a great selection of things i never want to leave once i walk in

Its a meet little store perfect for you when you are bored but dont know what to do, they have all kinds of art stuff, exercise gear. Games & toys, books, phone swag, and many other things at low prices. You can try things out on a budget and not feel bad if you dont like it cause it didnt cost to much.

I always love this store! Theres just a little bit of everything for everyone. There are so many creative arts and crafts kits and slime kits. There are various exercise items and accessories. Stuffed animals, toys, games, candy galore! Gel pens, paints, and anything in between. Dogo toys Harnesses and treats. Bath Bombs, make up, pedi and manicure supplies. From stuffed animals to Yoga mats!Theyve got it all! And all those things are what EVERYONE needs to show themselves some self love and even others!Great for birthday gifts, amazing for for times when you need to love yourself(however you interpret that)(Example: Spa Day!), just want to do some fun crafts with the kiddos. Whatever it is, Chances are, theyve got it, and all for 5$ or less! 🙌

Great place. Took my son while our dog was at the vet and we had a blast!!!! And only spent around $20

I know things and stores change all the time. But there wasnt any signage up for the designated $10 and above area. I picked up a Bluetooth speaker that happened to be the last one left. When I went to check out it was $10 so told the associate I thought this as $5 I got it with all the speakers. Appearing to be annoyed she states nope thats are $10 and above department. I say okay thank you. She continues to stand there and states do you want me to take it off or not. Delivery is key with everything. I figured when I said okay thank you that was it. I understand you need to communicate with your coworkers and I did come at opening but it was a simple question that could of a a simple response with a touch of kindness. Ive been to many others and I can honestly say in my experience this is the first one where Ive experienced not so pleasant customer service.

I want to give a shout out to Krista at the Topeka store! My granddaughter and I were looking for a specific item and Krista graciously offered to go to the storeroom and see if she could locate the item we wanted. She was successful and we were happy customers!

I love this store! It has absolutely everything you do Not need but that as soon as you see it you know you want it. I enjoy going on shopping sprees with my daughter to this store. Its packed. Neatly organized for the amount of merchandise available. Staff promptly available if needed. Ill let you in a little secret: their arts and crafts section is da bomb!!! Super cheap nice stuff! I bought all of the prizes for our Super Bowl Bingo party here. In and out fast, easy to navigate and a good selection. The gifts were a huge hit. Youve never experienced true joy until you give a grown woman a hooded Unicorn 🦄 blanket and they wear it the rest of the night! 🤣😂. I do have one small gripe. I bought a Dinosaur Flashlight Keychain that roars when you turn on the flashlight. I mean who is not going to buy that. The gripe is that it ALWAYS roars when you push the button. Like never stops as long as you use the light. I mean I knew what I was getting into for the most part when I made the purchase, but Ive had to use it twice in a professional setting when we had no other flashlight and it got real weird after about 30 seconds of needing the light. Its still awesome, but I do miss my bosses respect...

A great store for young adults and children. If you need something like candy...an even better store! The candy selection here is off the charts 😋

I love going to this store

Have never been in a Five Below. Definitely geared towards the tween crowd and has some massive markup on tweeny-geared stuff. Neat selection and I can see the draw as its very trendy items. Good for gift shopping but most of this stuff can be found elsewhere for much less.

The only thing wrong with Five Below is that theres too much stuff you like and you dont have enough money cuz you want to buy it all at once

Always love 5 below stores. This one is brand new (doesnt have everything just yet) but still love to shop here. And the checkout system is a bit different(you check yourself out, no cashiers)

In general a nice store but people are already Christmas shopping so it was really crowded. They had fairly interesting merchandise and inexpensive,too. Its a new store, so ask me again when the excitement of a new store dies down.

I like all the stuff they have available, but it seems appealing to people high school age and younger. You can definitely find some cheap items for a fair price, but I didnt really find anything I needed.

Its a cool store but the fact that theres only one cashier and the rest is all self checkout is obnoxious it should be 50/50 because the whole time the lady was hovering over us like we were robbing the store it makes you uneasy it is cool for the younger generation to have a self checkout option but at a store like this I think traditional cashiers make the place look less cluttered as well
