I wish I had known sooner that this company installs car batteries with same-day appointment service! Ill for sure seek Batteries Plus Bulbs first! They did not have the battery I purchased online, but I was offered another battery with a 15% discount. The serviceman was quite the gentleman and carried the battery to my vehicle. I am going to tell all my family members about this great service!

Online showed motorcycle battery in stock. Get there empty shelf. Salesman tryed upselling a bat 3 times more than the one online. Went to walmart got my battery 1/2 the cost and no hassle

Beware. Sloppy work, over priced compared to other places. The workers are nice, the manager is not. Won’t go back and wouldn’t refer anyone to him. Check out cell phone repair across the street. They do honest work, just wish we would have found them sooner.

Website clearly stated what I needed was in stock, took my order, sent notice it was ready to pickup, the Topeka staff had no idea and no stock. They did refund the payment.

We had been experiencing issues with our iPhone battery holding a charge and were looking into purchasing a whole new phone. I found Batteries plus as an option to replace the battery at a very reasonable price. The staff were friendly, helpful and informative, no sales pressure tactics. You can schedule an appointment online however it is not necessary, they had me in and out in about 30 minutes. I would highly recommend using them as a resource before spending money on a new phone when you may just need a battery replacement.

My wifes phone wouldnt come on or hold a charge anymore. Sprint/T Mobile dont have repair capabilities in Topeka and they told me the closest was Junction City or KC, even just to get a new battery.I went to Batteries Plus which was closer to my home than the other stores and told them what I needed. They were able to replace the battery on the phone and got it working again for an extremely affordable and reasonable price.They had great service and Id be very happy to go back if/when I ever need to!

I had issues with a mower battery that seemed to keep losing charge. It was out of warranty but still should have been good for another couple of years. I couldnt find the correct battery elsewhere. At Batteries Plus, not only did they have the appropriate battery, they also checked my battery and determined it was still Good. I charged it overnight and it has been fine. Even though I didnt buy a battery this time, when I need one, Ill come here to get it. Great service.

You all are always so helpful, making sure I picked the correct battery, recommending more useful ones, if they are better than what I was choosing and you are always great at getting my cell phone battery charged up and/or replaced. Also thought it was great to find your website on line, found the type of battery I was looking for on it and was able to go ahead and pay for it and then drive over to the store the next day and the package was laying there on the counter top, waiting for me to pick it up. I was very disappointed in my experience with batteries plus. They had great reviews and I was referred to them by AAA when I needed a new battery as they didn’t have one on their truck at the time. For the past two years I have been battling with this battery that is supposedly under warranty. Every couple of months the battery drains and I need a jump start. The first time I spoke with batteries plus they said nothing was wrong with the battery. I took it to several different auto repair shops over the space of the two years and they could find nothing wrong with the vehicle. I’ve had mechanics test for a parasitic drain in the car that could possibly be draining the battery. Time and time again nothing has been found wrong with the car. I’ve had the battery tested and they all say it is a faulty battery. When I go to batteries plus they tell me that the other people have no idea what they’re talking about and that this is a great battery that is fully functioning. I have to have my car jumped every few months and the final straw was when I had to have it jumped twice in the past week. They had such great reviews that I continued to believe that they knew what they were talking about when it came to the quality of my car battery.After speaking with customer service today the agent I spoke with was very argumentative and told me they wouldn’t take into consideration any tests run at other locations on the battery saying that it doesn’t work properly and that only their tests will determine if the battery is defective. They’ve gone back-and-forth with me up to the point that my warranty is about to expire. It’s incredibly disappointing based on all the positive reviews I see and the employees are always nice to me however I feel like they’ve given me the runaround for two years on a cheap battery that I could’ve just replaced if they had just told me it didn’t work and if it didn’t fall under a warranty for whatever reason. Instead I’ve been taking it to auto shops believing there’s something wrong with my car because I trusted that they were certain that the battery is not the issue.

Everyone at Batteries + was invested and stoked to find me a perfect solution, even if it came from the clearance section. I got LED retrofit recessed brand name units for up to 75% off. Quinton and the rest of the staff understood light appearance and how I was going to apply it in my business. They were able to make suggestions that I hadnt even thought of. They invited me to bring other appliances I was having issues with not just to sell me more inventory, but to see and learn from the application and solution. This place is the best. I go here whenever I need a specialty battery which is usually for the garage door keypad. Very clean and the employees are always nice and know what theyre doing.

They are always helpful here..I have been here over 20 times. I often get batteries for my garage door opener and they are changed in minutes.. Today I had the bulbs changed in an old Swiss Army lantern. They found the bulbs quickly and despite all the screws and complicated housing, they did it efficiently. Batteries plus has what you need including cell phone and lawn mower batteries. I cant think of going to another place!

Great experience with ordering batteries online. Easy to use website where I ordered batteries, about 30 minutes later was notified they were ready for pickup. When I got to the store, I gave my name and what I came for. Salesperson was quick and pleasant and I was out of the store within two or three minutes.

As easy as it gets. I ordered the laptop battery online and used the 10% off coupon for in store pick up. I quickly received email confirmation and soon received another e mail that the battery was ready to be picked up. The battery is working great and I am completely happy. BTW, I saved considerable $$ buying this battery compared to the OEM one on the manufactures website.

I brought a battery pack Batteries Plus Bulbs that was manufactured years ago and was told by several similar companies that it could not be re-built. Kyle with Batteries Plus said he would take a look at it and see if he could make it work. To my surprise, they got the battery pack working better than I ever remember!

The guys at the store were so helpful! It was extremely cold but they didnt let that bother them. Got my battery and was on my way. I will for sure being going back.

Came in with a tablet that had a broken headphone jack stuck in it. They totally fixed the problem in minutes! They had excellent customer service and a friendly attitude. Definatly an all around good experience at batteries plus!

The customer service was great! If you need your phone fixed, these are the guys to do it. When I asked sprint, they told me that I would have my phone back in six to seven business days. Batteries Plus Bulbs had it back in the next hour.

The experience was okay. I simply picked up a battery at the store that I had ordered online. I was told they had tried to call a couple of times to let me know my order was in. It was an old number they had on file. But when I ordered online it stated I would be emailed when my battery arrived. Never received an email. It would have helped. Plus it took almost two weeks to get this battery. The only issue I have with that is that my credit card was charged when the order was placed and not when it was shipped. Not real sure but I believe you not suppose to charge the customer until the item is shipped.

IPhone 7 screen repair don’t waste your money!!! I had my screen replaced for 110 dollars less than a week ago. I also bought the 60 dollar screen protector which was another waste. Within a day my screen had invisible fingers all over it. Took it back to another batteries plus lost another hour of my time only to have it doing same thing within a day. And the snap screen protectors are a waste of money they peel off almost immediately. Very dissatisfied with the quality of work and the attitude of the staff. Wish I could rate half a star.

I recently had to have my fob battery replaced. Luckily I bought lifetime warranty. I couldnt find my receipt for this purchases father digging thru the glove box but found every other receipt. I reluctantly went in & to my surprise they quickly greeted me and changed the battery. I was worried that there would be a hiccup without the receipt. They quickly found my previous purchase. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Kudos the friendly staff and quick service. It took longer to drive there then fix my fob!!!A happy customer who has received good customer service on my previous experiences.

Im a watch collector and I appreciate that they offer lifetime warrenties for watch batteries. While the initial cost is more, it saves in the long run with as many watches that I have. I also like the fact that they keep this information stored in their computer system, so I dont have to keep track of every single receipt. I also like that they keep hi-capacity (2700mah) re-chargeable batteries (AAA-AA) in stock for my electronic devices.

Sad to say, i am seriously disappointed in this store. I live out near Alta Vista, so the drive here is nearly 120 miles round trip. I called and asked them if they could rebuild/repair the batteries for my cordless tools. The guy put me on hold, when he came back he said if we cant repair them, well have what you need for your tools.I made the long drive and i was told that they do NOT work on Lithium Ion batteries for cordless tools and they had nothing available that would work for my tools. THANKS for wasting 2 hours of my time and $15.00 in gas!!!

I had made my purchase online, and when I arrived at the store to pick it up, there were several people already there, and they were having issues with the computer, but when I got to the front, it didnt take long for them to have me processed and to get my battery for my power-backup for my computer. Only, when I got home, I couldnt get the terminals to work, so I went back with the unit and battery and the clerk completed the task in just moments (I had struggled to even get one terminal connected). He mentioned that most people bring both the first time, but once every five years, difficult to remember that.

This is the second time I ordered bulbs online and get to the store and they dont have them, I have to settle for 2nd best. Why even offer something online for a particular store and the store doesnt have it? I drive 50 miles to pick up the bulbs I ordered, so imagine the disappointment.

TERRIBLE. Took in an I phone 5c to be repaired they said they could fix it in a day then went back after 8 hours still not fixed said it would be done the next morning still not finished said to come back that night and would be done came back still not. Returned the following day afternoon and said it was about done and would drop it off when it was done which was nice so it was paid for dropped it off still not fixed screen was replaced but still not functioning tech said he would get the part to fix it from lawerence and to drop it off the Next yes the 3rd day in the morning and then they had it all day and said they couldnt fix it yet but couldnt tell me the problem (probably because they didnt know) Got my money back and they said he are going to pull the screen off so I can pick it up Monday.. . .. So thats that
