Matt helped me find new frames and he was absolutely fantastic! I was very impressed with his knowledge of all the different frame brands. I tried on MANY MANY pairs of glasses before I found the right ones and he was very patient with me the whole time. He even had a great sense of humor about it. He measured me, processed my payment, then after my glasses were ready, he adjusted them for me. There were two ladies working in the adjustment area. They were very nice but neither of them seemed very interested in helping. Matt did attempt to teach one of them how to adjust my glasses but she declined to try because she was afraid she’d break them. I will definitely be coming back next year. Selfishly I hope Matt will still be there!Update: I failed to mention that my glasses were done within 30 minutes. Incredible!

They are great no hassle people. I bought some glasses and wasnt happy with them, but they took great care of me, and put me in another pair that work great! I highly recommend them to all🤓

I have been a customer for years. I usually purchase two pair of glasses every couple of years and up till now, I’ve been satisfied. I went into the store on Saturday to have them put lenses in a pair of frames I had purchased on-line. I fell in love with the frames because they are very different. They were very nice but told me lenses would cost $550. My frames with lenses have never cost that much. If you don’t want to deal with frames not purchased from your store, ensure you let the customers know.

If there was an option to give them zero stars I would, but 1 is the lowest rating I can give them. When they verified my insurance, they told me I had great coverage leading me to assume I was in network, I wasn’t. I didn’t find this out until after I purchased the frames and nothing was done about it. I wasn’t planning on getting new glasses until they said that. I was from out of town driving 45 minutes away so it was appealing when they said they could get them done in an hour. But at the cost of not telling you what you’re getting and getting a lower quality product. The staff are quick to up sell you on products without explaining cost breakdowns, as long as they get their commission. They don’t have a real care as they never discussed different lens options with me either. Rest assured I will never come back here and will never recommend them to anyone. While it may be the patient responsibility to understand their coverage for their insurance, it’s a providers fiduciary responsibility to take care of patient wellness without misleading them.

This place is amazing. Teresa was very friendly and helped me get an entire new pair of glasses for only $50 through the warranty I bought a little less than a year ago at a LensCrafters in Illinois. They had a whole new pair ready for me in 30 minutes! Unheard of! I usually wait a week for glasses to be made. 5 star people and service. Will come back for prescription sunglasses when I get them. Thanks guys!!!

I am very disappointed that this LensCrafters does not back the quality of their merchandise. I purchased a very expensive pair of glasses. I paid extra to have better lenses. I even waited several days for them to arrive. However, 7 months later I have found a defect in one of the lenses. I was told that sense I didnt purchase their warranty they cant do anything. I would get that if I had dropped them but I didnt. This is a problem with the lens. If they cant back their product I will never purchase from them again.

I live in Mississippi and i am from Kansas. I saw frames there in Kansas that i wanted but could not make it back to the state to get them. When i called LensCrafters a SUPER NICE woman answered- i had called the wrong line and got the optometrist line. She told me she wished she could help me but the questions i was asking were really for the front. She went looking for the correct line and gave me the right number. When i got the right number BARRY- an amazing associate at LensCrafters answered. Though he had four people in the store waiting on him, he took my name and number, hunted for my glasses and pulled them aside and then proceeded to tell me i could buy them and he could ship them to me. Went in today for glasses for me and my wife. The store manager was the only one there and really went out of his way to help us. The frames my wife picked wouldnt work so he found similar ones that would. He also compared our discount with another that we could use and got a lower price. Heres the best part, they had both pairs ready in just less than an hour. Weve always had to wait a week or two for our glasses! Very happy!!!
