I LOVE BIG LOTS ❤.... I check here for things before I go to Walmart. The employees are awesome. Some have worked there for years. Its nice to see the people. Also they know right where items are.

I really enjoy this store. I have found many items here at prices way lower than others. There is always something new, and it is fun to browse the aisles.

I enjoyed shopping after 5 p.m. and only 4 cars in the lot. Very rare. They have great choice in everything and they offer a product for several economic levels. From a store brand to name brands. Plus the spring outdoor section is spectacular!!! Store is clean and there are people cleaning all the time.

The staff in the store is always so friendly and helpful! We are so lucky to have a small-town feel to a corporate store

In the past, I gave this store a 5 star rating for having so many items at incredible prices along with outstanding customer service from all employees. However, I now give this store a -1 rating due to a person named Jamie who was beyond disrespectful and lacks good customer service skills.I called to inquire of a product in which I know they carry. However, I needed to know if the product fit a specific brand item that I had. Not only did she not actively listen to what I had asked, but argued about getting someone to check for me. The icing on the cake was when she refused to get a manager.This has definitely ruined my opinion about this store. Pretty sad after we have spent a large amount of money in there the last couple of months.I sure hope she learns some customer service skill and not treat others so rudely.Shame on her and shame on Big Lots for allowing her to do this to customers. I called and spoke with corporate and to date, have not heard anything back from them. I called again this morning, but I dont anticipate hearing back from them.

Prices need to be put on items thought I was getting a good deal but got to the register and the clerk said that they were $9 not six

Asked to see a small desk on display on an upper shelf. Was told the desk was attached to the shelf, which I could plainly see it wasnt. They had none in stock except the display. Asked if they would sell the one on display and was told they do not sell displays. What do they do with them? Throw them away? Employees are not friendly and store appears dirty. They were more interested in stocking items than wanting to help customers.

This place is a mess. The woman at the register tried to accuse my son of smashing some chocolate Animals at the register. I pulled the box out and showed her that there was multiple animals smashed and there is no way he had time to do that. Also I was staring at him the hole time. She was so rude to us.

I can always find good snacks and good prices

10 years ago i got couch loveseat and chair just give them to my cousin and bought a new set just saying decent stuff for a good price.

Big lots is definitely empty this year for easter. Be sure to stock up in time to make sure you get your little ones taken care of.

I always love going to Big Lots because I get a lot of my snack foods from there at a great price. They also have an excellent Electronics area as well as hygiene, and household cleaning supplies all at a really great price! I recently went and discovered an 8 box container of Velveeta. To my surprise it was only $2.95! So I love Big Lots even more😊

All of their furniture falls to peices in no time at all, my husbands recliner broke in one week.

Big lots is always clean and clutter free. Ample parking. Friendly staff. I always go out with more than I went in for.

Just went there this time to pick up a gazebo for a home owner...But, shop there at times ...You never know what they may have... Different stuff all the time.

This was a well organized store. They are clean, cashiers are friendly.No problems!

It was a good experience over all they had what I was looking for the only problem was at checkout, the cashier you could obviously tell she dont take pride in her job. It took her 7-10 minutes just to check out one lady ahead of me and it might of been longer but the line was about 6 people and about 10 min she finally decided to call another cashier up and thats when I was called over to that line. So it might of been longer than 10 min and the lady in front of me only had 4 items. The cashier would ask the customer a question then she wouldnt listen to the customers response because one time she asked and when the lady started to answer the cashier started talking over her with asking the same question again, you could visibly see the customer getting frustrated so much so that the customer not the cashier looked over at me and apologized that it was taking so long.

They are rearranging the store, so its kinda discombobulated. The prices for most of the items (that I looked at) were not discounted. And I figure if the prices arent going to be better, they could at least replace the flooring.

Very poor stood in line far too long. Other help on break. Finally left our stuff near register and left. Went to Menards bought same thing $2.00 less.

Always love buying Mango Juice there and decorations and spices. Even bought an electric fireplace once. Decent quality good prices.

Not bad for picking up everyday household products. Good prices. Id stay away from their table and chair sets. A lot of the furniture there is garbage, but you may be able to pick up a bag of Bugles from the middle east. Hence the four stars.

Not as good as I had hoped.

It was great. I would have paid almost $30-40 for a roaster pan at another store closer to home. However I appreciate getting my email alerts because I saved $25. My roaster pan cost me only $15, was able to get a new set of knives for $9 and a free beverage. Thank you Big Lots.

Biggest issue that they have not made the area safe as everything and everyone is bunched together. Unlimited amount of people can be in the store. No one instrucrion on how yo be safe in the store. Also having 1-2 people there to checkout is not helping with the flow. Otherwise some good items with some good prices

I shop at this store occasionally. I’ve always enjoyed shopping here but yesterday when I popped in I immediately noticed a difference. The store was so clean and organized with a lot of new, very trendy products. I was approached several times by two very nice, professional employees to ask if I needed any help. One was named Michael. He was terrific. Thank you for such a pleasant shopping experience, I will be back often!

Store is not clean and employees dont even ask if you need help anymore. Havent been here for 2 years and now I remember why.

I have no problem shopping at Big lots. definitely serves a purpose as you can buy cheap goods, but you do get what you pay for. Well go back to this Big lots when we need certain things around the house.

Wow very Expensive

We can usually find bargains here. However I needed an out of season item and bought here because the package size was best here for the money. The store is generally very clean, however, if they are restocking you might find disorder. The staff are able to direct you to items but arent knowledgeable about the items. They have lefover stock from other stores, quality is not top notch but it is a good store to find bargains!

Place is fun, you have to look but there are some great deals....and who doesnt love a deal.

I tend to either go into this store with a specific need, such as paper towels, or simply to browse. The typical visit ends with me purchasing several product I never knew I needed. Big Lots prices are incredible and some of their items are unusual and surprisingly impressive. If you need it and you dont want to pay MSRP, consider Big Lots.

Dont make it that often, but theres always a nice trip when we do. Good prices on things both everyday and some harder to find or oddball items. Store personnel are always friendly. Good furniture selection if you need it.

You never know what you will find. Great variety but not always the lowest prices. Its a fun place to visit.

First, I have been a big fan of BIG LOTS for MANY years..I love shopping there. I have one big complaint about them though. On 3 separate occasions we have gone in to look at furniture- couch, kitchen island, bed. On all those occasions they didnt have the items in stock. They dont know when another shipment will come in and you are sent away with nothing. They tell you to check back in a week and see if they have received any on that weeks shipment. I have done that only to be told they didnt receive any. I feel this is just BAD business practices. I am shopping there because I need a particular item. They lost A SALE-meaning $$$$ on all 3 of those occasions...I no longer will shop there for furniture items.

Big lots is always a nice change of pace from big box stores like Walmart and Target. Unfortunately, I felt like I was either being watched or not paid attention to. Paradox, huh?

Most stuff is reasonably priced, while other stuff is way over priced for the quality. Have pretty much any and everything you need plus constantly have new items. Clean store.

On top of keeping the sales floor uncluttered. Aside from moving a couch down a crowded aisle and inconveniencing customers shopping experience. We were looking at furniture had our cart with 1x24 pack of water in it. An employee took our cart, restocked our water and didnt say 1 word. Wont be back.

Great place to find deals, stock up on things or discover an odd item that you may not find elsewhere, like black & grey peanut M&Ms for Halloween. Inventory changes frequently so make it a regular stop.

Lots of cute decor, and a good selection of furniture.

Frustrating when things are put in an area they dont belong so you think youre getting a deal until you go to check out and it cost twice what you thought it was because it was put in the wrong spot employees are rude about having to do a price check. Doubt I will be going back

It had really gone down hill. Dark and dirty. Disorganized. Not a friendly face in the place. Lots of empty shelves. I was looking at furniture and not one offer of help. Needless to say I left without buying anything but a soda. Cashier barely acknowledged my existence. Very disappointed.
