Always enjoy shopping here - typically we have Jaycob help us and he is always very personable and helpful. We used to shop at Kays but the service we receive at Helzberg is what keeps us going back.

Extremely pushy, salesman tells me one price, 3 minutes later saleswoman tells me completely different price. Not listening to the budget I set and showing me more expensive jewelry. Cant say I will be back.

I was quite disappointed to go to my local Topeka, KS. location just to be told I cannot get my wedding ring cleaned. I purchase all of my jewelry from Helzberg and the gentleman working said I can purchase jewelry, but not have it cleaned. He said it was due to COVID-19. So he can touch jewelry and pass it to me, but he cannot touch my ring to shine it. He was already wearing a mask, so where was the concern? It seemed to be in my wallet and not with guest service. I will not be purchasing any more jewelry there.

Bought my engagement/wedding ring from here. Also a necklace and earrings from previous years. Absolutely love my experiences working with the staff here. They did great listening to my likes/preferences and found me my perfect ring. Its gorgeous and worked with my price range. Would recommend them to anyone!

HORRIBLE customer service. The same salesperson who sold the jewelry was not at all interested or willing to be of any service on recent visit to their West Ridge Mall store.

Well Im kinda depressed that they wouldnt even try to buy the wedding band back or switch it out but. My wife found the band that she wanted customer service seemed rude at first but then got better as time went by and we eventually left happy she got the band she wanted and I got headphones lol

Went in a week before Christmas. Had no wait on getting help from the staff. The associate understood my wants and concerns. She was very observant and helpful on what I was looking for.

Most of their jewelry is pretty expensive. They have a very limited selection of watches and do not sell replacement watch bands or batteries.
