Had issues with customer service and sales staff. Very rude and didn’t act like the wanted our business. Had used them in the past with no issues. Great service and product. The owner reached out and and absolutely made everything right. Would still recommend them.

Heartland is simply amazing. I was able to pick my granite from their scrap area as I was remodeling two small bathrooms and one large piece was plenty to do all. We agreed on a price, but I had to put things on hold until my contractor was ready for that step in the remodel. Things took longer than expected and there was some turnover at Heartland resulting in my reserved scrap piece getting used. However, the folks at Heartland honored my scrap pricing even though they had to cut from new stock. Additionally, I chose a sink that didnt work just right, but they worked with me to think outside the box and built me a custom countertop that is more functional than the standard would have been and is so beautiful! I have a 3rd bath that desperately needs attention and I cant wait to do business with them again. Ill be calling!

My kitchen looks amazing compared to what it looked like before. It even made it look bigger even though all we did was replace the existing countertop. For an older home, it really made a difference.

I wouldve loved to buy local. Seeing the slabs and the pattern movement throughout the slab in person is pretty cool.The customer service lacks quite a bit. Had to ask for a quote after a couple days. Called back to get a itemized breakdown.... My system cant do that.....Wel, that was pretty easy for the competitor to do. Our first quote was itemized. Exact same granite, name and all, 20 percent cheaper, and excellent customer service.I try to keep my dollar local, but customer service is huge for me.

I buy local whenever possible. But thats not the reason I bought from these guys. We drove by on a Saturday afternoon and saw the garage door open to their warehouse. We walked in and started looking at the slabs of granite when a man walked up to us and asked if he could help. He said he was getting ready to to close the doors but would stay and show us whatever we wanted to see. Thats how we met the owner. Everyone we talked to from their estimator Rory, to the eventual installers were friendly, helpful and professional.You cant go wrong with these guys.You want to buy local, well here they are! Im so glad we did.
