You just cant beat the prices at harbor freight! Most of the store brand tools they sell work just as good as high end name brand ones youll pay a lot more for.Nice people too, excellent service!

Great store. I have bought tools from Harbor Freight that were the same quality as the more expensive, big name tools. The employees are knowledgeable, and go the extra mile for their customers. I hope people realize what a gem this place is. I would hate to loose them!

The items I was looking for was easy to find but when I asked the cashier or the associate I dont know what they call themselves a question he was no help at all he was polite though.

Trying to find nitral gloves during covid is next to impossible let alone any type of gloves be it vinyl, latex, or plastic. But I found some at Harbor freight, depending on the gauge of gloves prices start around $16 and up. Made me very happy!

Bill the manager and Kim the supervisor at this location in Topeka kansas are fantastic to deal with. They treat customers like customers should be treated. Very fair and like the customer really counts.I give these two very high praise from all the dealings I’ve had there. I’ve spent a lot of money at this store. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Store is always picked up and orderly. My biggest complaint is that the stire is across town and generally isnt worth me driving over when the price isnt much lower than the big box stores like homedepot. I also feel like the store is a little small and cramped. Everything is always well stocked. But the main reason I go back is the friendly staff.

Employees are a little friendlier than they used to be. But the store is a dump. Its not the employees fault, Corporate needs to get them a different building in a different location. The landlord for this location will not do anything to keep the building maintained.

I just love browsing at Harbor Freight. I know there are things I can always find here. The staff are always so knowledgeable & helpful. They are very well informed of what they do & do not have. There seems to be a manager present @ all times, too. The aisles are full, but the store is neat & clean. If you want the very best quality tools, you probably look elsewhere, but my wallet & expertise does not.

When I first started going to Harbor Freight, one of the associates said if it doesnt move, it is a great deal. He was right. I have found some things that have moving parts to be great as well. The prices are very good and the products are good. Definitely not flimsy. I would go here before going to a big box store.

I had been looking to buy an item for some time but every time I went in, they were out of it. It was a popular item. I had a raincheck and a special price. Today, they had one left of the 3 they received Friday. They honored the raincheck pricing even though a couple of months old. And they wheeled the heavy item and put in my car for me. I appreciated it.

Very nice people here, love the Topeka Harbor Freight. Just wish you could get everything their that way I could stop going to lowes or home depot. But I always get what I can their first. Thanks Guys!

Went to Harbor Freight to buy Christmas gifts snd a tarp. Bought the tarp, hubby thought it was too small. Lugged it back to the store to return/exchange for the jumbo size tarp. Salesman was very helpful, loaded it in a cart for me (it was HEAVY!) Got home, opened it up -- the tarp was HUGE, TOO BIG! Wifey had it right the first time, go figure! Took it back to store to exchange for original size, they were extremely nice about it, made the second exchange and gave us the sale price on it.

Harbor Freight is a great place of youre needing a tool you dont have for home or a job you dont run into professionally on a regular basis. That said, some of their stuff is pretty quality stuff for cheap. Definitely worth the visit if youre in need of tools and you arent made of $.

The manager here continues to do a solid job of keeping the shelves stocked and the store clean. The employees have always been friendly and knowledgeable. Wish it was closer to center of town. HF could continues to improve.

An ok store with lots of different products. I was a little unhappy because I only needed 1 o ring. I had to buy a whole box of like 20 different sized o rings just to get the 1. Next time I might just try the Harley Davidson store at 21st and Topeka blvd.

The staff at this Harbor Freight location are very helpful and friendly. I wish this store will move to a better location. Since the remodel of the old K-Mart to a storage facility, the sales tax rate was increased at only this address, with no improvement to the parking lot or the building. Im not sure where the thousands of dollars of additional taxes dollars are going but there are plenty of empty buildings around Topeka.

Most likely has what you want need, cheap, and not of bad quality. It is the kind of place that it is hard to not find things you didnt realize you needed.

Great place for affordable tools and neat stuff. Super prices and they promote all the time. Staff is generally available and helpful. I cant believe they have so much stuff in such a small space and its visible. They dont have 10 of the same thing but they have what I need.

Staff is always helpful & friendly. Items are almost always in stock. A few gaps now but likely due to current public environment. If youre looking for the types of items they sell, for family use, it absolutely needs to be on your list. If hesitant, try purchasing the extended warranties. Ive seldom needed it, but had no problems ever returning items.
