Will not be recommending. They showed up 2.5 hours late and claimed we had told them the wrong time. Hardly knew what they were doing during set up. and were again 2 hours late for clean up. When we spoke to the manager he could not have cared less about our problems and offered no price break.

We reserved the rental for the big carriage in north topeka like 3 or 4 months before our wedding we show up today 3 days before our wedding and its no were in wedding shape I guess a guy quit his job who was supposed to do it and on top of that they wouldnt even drop some money off the rental so we could go buy spray paint horrible service they didnt even prepair it or nothing

We have USED THIS COMPANY FOR YEARS and after our event we are locked into this weekend, we will NEVER use them again after a SIMPLE exchange request!!! We asked to swap rectangle tables on our order for circle tables 5 days before our event. The manager insisted that this was a cancellation of the order and would still charge 100% of the rectangle tables even though we would not be receiving them. They even offered for us to pay 50% of previous rectangle table order and pay 100% of circle tables even though it was just an even exchange for round tables. We stated that that we were not cancelling any order, merely exchanging one table type for another (which THEY HAD in inventory and cost EXACTLY THE SAME!!!!) It is not like the truck was even loaded Monday for a Friday delivery! How hard would it be to make this swap BEFORE the truck got loaded?!!Needless to say, I will NOT RECOMMEND this place to ANYONE! Not very many rental places in town, but THEY WILL NOT recieve a dime for us after this weekend!

Reserved a Uhaul 24 hours in advance because thats the farthest out they would allow it. Showed up at time to pick up Uhaul and there was no reservation the truck I reserved was out they had one they would give me at a higher rate but because they had a reservation on it I would only be able to rent it a hour. Employee was unwilling to work with me in any shape or form to correct a fault of theirs.

I suggest you DO NOT do business with Kansas Equipment Rental. We have given them a great deal of our business over the years. Today they had a tire blow out on their horse trailer (a car tire that should never have been used) we have pictures of the cracks but a son picked it up and didnt know to look at the condition when we talked to the owners about it they said that we could go to ........ I even called back to say, Are we just catching you on a bad day? Weve done a great deal of business with you and never been treated this way. They stood by their claim they didnt care who I told, or how much business they would lose. Wow! Thats all I have to say... WOW! We will never go back!!!

I HAVE JUST BEEN ROBBED!!!!!! took 3 20lbs cylinders and filled them... Cost me $65!!!!... I got those 3 sames tanks **PLUS** A 100 pound tank & filled them @ U-haul cost me $88 total..... Save your money and go to U-haul for your Propane.. 🤯.If you get propane here be ready to. 👉👌*No courtesy lube supplied*

Horrible customer service! Rented a trencher from them and they refuesed to give me a refund after I tried it for 30 min and couldnt get it to work. Just save yourself the headache and go to sunflower rental.

Ive had nothing but great experiences with the North store. Justin is a great guy to work with and is the manager there.

Horrible. Scheduled 1 month in advance a pickup for a bounce house came to get it on the needed date and they didnt have anything. Highly unprofessional!!! 👎👎👎
