My favorite store in topeka. They always have a huge selection. Their employees are so kind and helpful. The prices are great.

Called 3 different stores and this was the only one with Moet. Its spacious and next to a gas station 👌

Great store with a large inventory, competitive prices and friendly, knowledgeable staff who can assist you with any questions you may have. If you cant find what you are looking for, they may be able to order it for you. Definitely the place to go in Topeka. There are many stores near my house but I travel across town to shop here.

I love Devlins. This is probably my favorite place to shop for alcohol. The staff is very friendly and surprisingly very knowledgeable about their selection of wines and the differences between them all. One of the guys there actually helped me pick out my new favorite wine!

Super nice people and a huge store. It is very well organized and clean. I was looking for 1 item in particular and they happened to be sold out so they happily offered to order it for me. This is the best place in town!

Had someone suggest something my wife might enjoy. Stopped at Devlins, on 21st, and they had it. A white chocolate Tennessee whiskey. I hear it goes amazingly well in chai tea. I really enjoy the variety of products they carry, and their amazing customer service. Great people, and a great place!

This is one of the finest establishments in Topeka to purchase alcohol and liquor beverages. They have a very vast selection and very low prices. They sometimes will have people giving samples out on the weekends, which is a nice surprise. During the holiday season, they have the best selection of holiday gift packs.

If I could give negative stars I would! A man named Dave was extremely rude to me and my friend because we showed up 5 mins before close. He tried to argue with us that we had 12secs to get something or we get nothing. He started yelling at us and telling us to never come back while throwing a fit and slinging things around. I was honestly worried for our safety. He was also cussing us out. All I know is I wouldn’t want Dave as my employee Representing my store and I sure as hell couldnt image being as miserable as this man to have the nerve to be so disrespectful.

I have been shopping off and in here for years. The renovations at the 21st Street store really help showcase the wine selection. A wide variety of wines in in a good price range. I like to roam around and read labels and the staff lets me do that with no problems.

Very friendly staff, very knowledgeable of products, huge selection and varieties of different spirits. Very conveniently located with easy parking for the quick in and out trip. Would recommend anyone to this establishment.

The gentleman behind the counter this morning was amazing. I was looking for a wine I hadnt been able to find anywhere else. Also found a wine my friend couldnt find anywhere but KC.
