I absolutely love living here. I have never been so secure. They really take their job seriously and care about their tenants from my experience. I have heard horror stories of eviction from people since covid started, but not here at Ridgewood Estates. They have went over and beyond since it started to keep people in their homes. Jeremiah and Sheri have been my go to whenever Im in need. They care about people for real. My family and I are truly grateful to be a part of this community.

This is a great community, I have lived here almost 3 years now. The neighbors are overall very nice and helpful if your in need of help or just friends. The community is very clean and people seem to take great care of their homes. On site staff works around the clock keeping the grounds maintained and are also friendly and helpful to community memebers. I would highly recommend this place if your looking to buy or rent in this none home park!

Theres No place like home ...and we live in a great community. I am thankful to have bought a home that has great neighbors and responsive and caring HOA. The owners, manager and staff are compassionate and care a lot about the quality of life in this park. I feel safe and secure and have made wonderful friends.

What a Beautiful Community

Poor customer service if you can even get ahold of the office by any means at all. Illegal threats against tenants worse than an hoa . I would not recommend in any way shape or form . If you do choose ridgewood estates expect zero response after leasing or purchasing constant harassment and have your home inspected by a third party beforehand.

Nice homes but they dont take care of you.

I own my home here. Its a convenient commute to work. They are also pet friendly and I feel safe here.

Came here to deliver a food basket from our church. The area was clean and people seem to take care of their homes. Friendly people all around and kids playing outside.

Very lovely area

We have been in this community for a year now and love this area. Its a great community for kids with the new playground and pool. During the school year the bus picks up right in front of our house. All of our neighbors are friendly and look out for eachother. Great place to live.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Its not well maintained. I have an abundance of photos from the one i lived in. Lots of mold, soft spots in floors, plumbing issues in the master bathroom, they use the cheapest methods to repair things and its not a good job at all. Its a temporary fix and the issue ALWAYS return weeks and months later. Soft spots in the walls from the moisture, ant infestation in the summer, the amount of bugs and spiders that come in through the place is unbelievable. I understand I lived by a wooded area but this isnt my first home by a wooded area and I never had this issue. The doors dont fit, they get mad at you and ignore you if you report them to any of the government agencies. Theres so much moisture in the home that my sons bed or shall I say part of it, was almost on the ground outside. For 737.50 a month, with the rent increasing every year, we can do better than this. I loved the area, the school district, but thats about it. Oh and theres bed bugs in there, that were there before we moved. This is not slander and I have LOTS OF PICTURES, AND EMAILS for proof. If you decide to rent there, good luck but dont say you werent warned.

I lived at Ridgeview Estates for 2 1/2 years. The neighborhood is great (as far as Topeka is considered) and in the Shawnee Heights school district (which is one of the best). The company it is under needs to adjust their morals and employee standards. They are not nice to work with. They try to charge you for things they should take responsibility with. The maintenance need better training.

They cost more than renting on the westside

The heater never worked right and the manager never had it fixed so one side would be burning hot and the other side extremely cold and vice versa in the sumer time, very overpriced for living in a trailer park, I dont recomend this place to anyone
