Went in close to closing time on a Saturday to look at their Bad Boy mower inventory. Their sales staff was super friendly, and even stayed late to make sure that I was as informed as possible, and didn’t have any questions. I returned the following Saturday to make the purchase. The purchase experience was seamless, and extremely fast. They will definitely be my first stop in the future for any power sport, or equipment needs.

Aaron made the whole process super simple! He was amazingly organized with all the paperwork which made everything thing go very smooth! Drove all the way from Denver, CO to pick up a KTM and these guys gave me a deal of the century. I asked Shayne for a speedy process so I could turn back around for the 8 hr trek home, and I kid you not, it was quicker than a self checkout at Walmart. He had the paper work ready before I walked in, signed it, handed over cash and I loaded the bike up. Great doing business with you guys! Ill be back when I run through this KTM next season.

This business is operated as a first class business. Employees are courteous and efficient as well as being honest. They made me feel welcome at their place of business and answered all my questions efficiently. When I agreed to purchase an item from them they carried through to completion of the purchase effectively and quickly. I can’t say enough good things about them I am impressed.Not only is their sales department exceptional but also their service department. The service manager quickly address the concerns I had for future service and scheduling. Dealership was clean well organized and a pleasant place to do business.

I worked in retail 20 years and this was the worse customer service experience Ive witnessed. My wife and I literally walked by the counter and not one of the four greeted us or asked if we needed help irr had questions. If I was KTM or CAN-AM I would put them in notice and lik to find another dealer to sell my products. Truly an embarrassment to these manufacturers. We ended up going to Kansas city to spend $2k. Cycle zone will not get this persons money.

My tire mount and balance on my bike was supposed to take an hour and a half to two hours as I was told. That two hour job turned into a five hour job and they destroyed my inner tube getting the back tire off of the bike and I had to pay for a new one. Got the runaround too many times in one day would not recommend.

I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could. This team strives to make every customer 110% satisfied before walking out of that door. My fiance and I were in the market for a new side by side and did our shopping around for over a month visiting dealership after dealership around KC but just didnt have a good feeling about the ones we looked at whether it was the side by side itself or the salesman/dealership we were working with. I inquired online about a side by side Cycle Zone had around 6pm on a Friday evening and within minutes, Aaron contacted us and won our business. From the time we spoke to him on the phone Friday evening to first thing Saturday morning, he had the side by side detailed and ready for us to look at, answered every question we had and had all of our paperwork ready to roll. I will refer Cycle Zone to anyone and everyone in the market for ATVs, UTVs, boats, etc.

I was shopping for a Can Am Spyder trike. Aaron (sales manager) was very professional, cordial and accommodating. He let me test drive two bikes (one used and one new) multiple times and gave me all the information I needed. While he was obviously trying to close a deal, at no time did I feel too pressured. I ended up buying a used bike elsewhere, but I would definitely recommend them, and I will use them for service.

I bought a bike from cycle zone last spring. It runs fine around here but not in altitude. They still have not fixed the problem. I took the bike to Colorado twice to check it out. They dont seem to know much about this bike. And I dont believe they care if it runs right or not.

Mind you, this dealership is in Topeka Kansas and I live in north central Florida, so you know they are doing things right to earn my business. I drove 22 hours one way and pulled a trailer behind my F-250 to get there to do business with them and I would do it all over w/o hesitationTheir follow up a week later has been outstanding which involved me asking for a temporary plate until all of the paperwork goes through. One phone call and I had the temporary plate a few days laterIn regards to accessories purchased at the time of sale, I asked Aaron to install a Pillion seat before I arrived to pick up my Ryker Rally, which hevsndbhisbteam did but before I arrived my wife perused the online Ryker Accessory catalog and saw that an upgraded Pillion was offered. I emailed Aaron and inquired if he had one in stock (there was) and could they swap it for the Pillion I originally asked for. Yes was his answer. Not only did they install the Comfort Pillion seat but they offered me a discount on pricing that I didn’t ask for. Who does that? CycleZone PowerSports did that’s who. My only regret is that I don’t live closer to this fabulous Can Am dealer as they have certainly earned my service business, w/o question

I had a doctor appointment the next day (Friday) in Topeka (live in Leavenworth) and they were able to get me in, do all the paperwork and driving off in an hour, giving me not only enough time for my appointment but also got it registered to enjoy the lake that weekend. I have visited this dealership twice and could not get anyone to help me and I was the only person on the display floor both times. I asked a gentleman behind the desk if someone could help me with my questions about motorcycles but apparently he couldnt find anyone to help me either. I will now go to either Kansas City or Manhattan to buy a motorcycle.

The sales man kept trying to tell me what I wanted rather than listening to my needs. I am a female rider, short and almost 60. I know how I ride and what I want to ride. I do not appreciate a salesman telling me what I can and should ride. And he kept poking me in the arm with his finger which was rude and a boundary issue. The two young salesman I talked to were wonderful and great to work with, informative without being pushy or touchy. Female riders are becoming a force to be reckoned with in the motorcycling world. I would like to be treated as knowledgeable adult who knows what she wants when seeking to purchase a motorcycle.

Great customer service but cant give my full approval because I was shipped a motorcycle that was already defective off the truck. But thankfully they sent a tech out a few hours later to fix it. Hopefully, if there is a next time I decide to buy another motorcycle from Cyclezone it would be a better experience.

New to owning an ATV, developed a short in the wiring They got me in right away, They resolved the problem very quickly. They were very courteous and went out of there way to answer my questions and give advise on taking care of the unit, servicing and maintenance. I would recommend them for servicing and sales, purchased some after market items, the prices were reasonable.

I was on my way home from Virginia to Colorado when one of the people I was traveling with notice that my back tire was showing the thread in multiple places. Needed less to say I needed a new tire and all of the shops were closed at the time. I did some quick searching and found that they were the first ones to open in the area. I took my 2011 Victory Cross Country in and unfortunately they didnt have my tire size in stock. So instead of sending me away with the bad tire they went to another shop and purchased the correct tire. Man, what a blessing it was for me to be able to run across this shop, they surely could have taken advantage of the weary traveler and they didnt. The service was much appreciate.

Honest sales experience, Great services.

Took them nearly a month to fix my front break master cylinder ended up grabbing my bike and part and doing the job in under an hour by myself! Not only did they put off the work the service and workers at the front desk were disrespectful and rude! I have heard multiple complaints from many people about the front desk workers and feel they should have more respect for their business! Not to mention the labor rate is out the ass ridiculous!

This is our second Badboy mower. Our first one was part of the sale of a previous home. We love the ruggedness and reliability of Badboy so much we purchased a second new one. Cycle Zone was very easy to work with. No pressure.

The dealership may not have much sitting stock on the floor but the staff is a pleasure to work with and will go above and beyond to help you find or order what will work best for you. I have bought a number of parts through the dealership and a brand new 2015 KTM EXC 500. I highly recommend the dealership for their friendly customer service and willingness to go the extra mile. I drove about two hours to get my bike from them and I would happily do the same. I only wish they were a bit closer so that I could get my bike serviced there as well. It may not be the nicest or the biggest dealership but they afforded me the best experience of any I have worked with and I own a number of bikes.

Went in last Saturday to shop for 2 new Seadoos and a double trailer. Was told by the man working that he was the only one working that day and that he was with a customer and had another couple coming in after them. If we had some quick questions he would answer them.So we said thanks and drove over to KC and after great customer service we drove home with 2 new Seadoos and a trailer! Guess it was only $23,000 dollars so no big loss!Renos will have our business for all our jet ski needs! Thanks for helping us find a great place to shop!Maybe prime lake season is NOT the time to have one person working on a Saturday and closing at 3pm. Just an idea!

Ryan doesnt know how to deal with client. In this store they are very irresponsible and very racist towards the Latino community.

I felt the salesman was unprofessional for several reasons: the bike wasnt cleaned, they missed several mechanical and body parts that needed repair or replacement, he wouldnt let me see the bike (it was in the back for Employees Only) before signing the papers, or let me take it for a good ride and was so quick to get me out the door that I felt buyers remorse...all the while advertising it as excellent condition . One blinker doesnt work right and I have to drive 140 miles back there to have it fixed? One mirror is very loose and he said he wouldnt fix even that. If the bike was gone over like they said they did, all these errors would have been noticed and fixed. I just expected a better experience from this purchase and didnt get it. Disappointed. Cyclezone came to Wichita kansas picked up the bike and exceeded my expectations, Taking care of all the issues with the bike and delivered it back to me. Salesman did an awesome job sending detailed photos of everything they did. I change my 1 star to 5 star. I would buy from them again. Thank you all at cyclezone for a job well done !! John Garrison

Was able to get my rear tire for my motorcycle faster than expected

Was told last week that they service sport bikes, not just dirt bikes and atvs. Went in there yesterday, and was told it would cost between 150 to 200 dollars to change my oil. You can get an oil change with a filter and synthetic at other shops for about 80 bucks. Extremely disappointed, and will take my business elsewhere.Updated on 05/05/2020Gave these lazy folks a try again a couple years later. The service manager is incapable of returning a phone call and the sales people are clueless. How hard is it to tell someone you can or can not mount and balance tires. How this place is still around remains one of lifes great mysteries. Oil changes that cost 3 times the competition and the inability to return calls.

When great small businesses go big..... Ill never go to that shop again.
