I called, got an answer machine and it stated your call is important and we will call you back. Three days later, nothing!

This company is very reliable. We use them every time we need our trees trimmed, gutters cleaned and they even hang our Christmas lights every year. The owner and crews are very friendly, performance is fast and accurate. We feel the price every time is fair and we rest easy knowing they are licensed and insured.

They ALWAYS do a great job for us! Very knowledgeable and professional. Our trees look so much better than when we used another Topeka area tree service. You can tell they know what they are doing and take pride in their work. Thats why we keep using them. We also use them for mulch and have had top soil delivered as well. In all the years weve been using Capital City Tree Care, weve never had any problems with Craig or his Office Manager. We have had Capital City Tree Care take care of removing and pruning our trees for at least the past 15 years. They are always extremely professional and courteous in their business with us. Craig, always gives us options and explains the issues involved with any tree diseases we may have. I had a semi emergency situation after a wind storm came through. Office manager was very helpful and I could tell she cared about the issue. Craig the owner contacted me right away and sent a crew out within a couple hours. They were fast and made sure I was satisfied with job before they left. I also felt the cost was very fair after receiving invoice. I’ll be using this tree service for future events. Also want to add that the first company I called finally returned my voicemail a few days later, I said little late to the game, Cap City got me taken care of.

We recently purchased some top soil from them and are very pleased with the quality and the price. We will definitely buy from them in the future.

They trimmed up and cleaned out three large trees in our backyard, including a gigantic maple tree, along with three trees in the front yard. Pricing was under what the other tree companies in town bid. The crew was friendly and finished the job in one day.

They ended up cutting down the tree after lightning hit it. $550. The office manager is highly unprofessional. I called twice to see when the stump would be removed. The second time I called to see when the stump would be removed. The office manager said they were busy w/ the citys trees. My reply to her was oh so were not as important as the city of Topeka.. The office manager stated: Im not going there w/ yu. My reply was Im afraid your going to go there W/ me. So they took out the stump but left a mess!!!!###
