Super knowledgeable. Lots of jobsite working knowledge and experience here. Great company to work for. Even better company to tackle your next project. Incredibly talented team of operators and laborers for sure. Would absolutely recommend them for literally everything. Cranes. Check. Big trucks. Check. Asphalt. Check. Boss level organization and timeliness. Solid 5 out of 5.

I don’t know who at KDOT keeps booking these guys to do the interstate but damn these roads are bumpy even after they overlay. I’m thinking they don’t do any patching underneath. As much money as we pay on these tolls and as fast as people travel you’d think they’d do things right. I’d hate to see someone lose control from the holes, or I70 flooding on your way to KC. 🙄🙄

Excellent paying job but you have to be willing to do the work

Contacted them about doing a retaining wall and driveway project. They told me the project was too small and referred me to an independent contractor named Kevin Keehne who took payment for my project, finished the driveway and left the retaining wall partially excavated with a few tons of concrete sitting on my lawn. Hope Bettis work is more reliable than the people who they associate with.

My experience with them is not with the work itself, the final product seems to be pretty good. The problem I had was as a commuter through their construction zone on highway 5 in Kansas City, KS. They closed down the road in one direction for 25+ minutes as workers were starting to filter in. People are trying to get to work and 25 minutes is a long time to wait. When traffic was finally able to drive through the workers were all gathered on the side of the road in one spot smiling and waving, some laughing at the traffic as if saying ha ha we just ruined your day. Made it from where they had the stop sign to the end of the road work area and there was not a single worker around, no equipment being used or moved around, just a bunch of angry commuters. Like I said the work seems to be good but the management of the construction zone and the workers are pretty poor.
