Hours on door say 9am and online says 10am. Waited until 10:15am and no one showed up.

Extremely helpful and customer-oriented staff. The best thing though is the outstanding product. Aerus is the best. They now have a Litevacuum which is great for senior citizens.

If I could give negative stars I would. First they didnt even know if my vaccum was ready or not because they kept poor records so the clerk had to call Marie to see if it was ready. Marie is the first clerk I dropped the vaccum off to over a month ago - a whole Month! Then the 2nd clerk said it was ready and the bill was $49 for labor and $10 for a new belt. When I plugged in the vaccum The belt was still broken becuase the brushes werent turning. Luckily the sweet repair guy said hed open it and look. When hE opened it he said the belt was still broken inside and I then I immediately Asked for my vaccum back and said Im out of here. The repair guy called me in the back to show me the broken belt and the store clerk started lunging towards me and threatened me and said she was gonna cal the police if I went back there! I was worried that they would further damage my property. Super shady operation. The lady Marie is a con artist and the current clerk admitted that Marie tries to fix the vaccums herself. How can you charge for repairs when youre not even having a tech fix the problem? What a scam theyre running here! Thank goodness I plugged my vaccum in and tested it before I left and paid the bill. They probably would of said I broke it at home or something. My biggest concern is that she lunged at me and was threatening me. What a nightmare. Beware!

This place is terrible. I took my vacuum in for repairs, and it performed worse after I picked it up. Nothing was done!!
