Drove up to the Mercedes Benz service dept. And was greeted by two women one had an attitude and when I asked the service person Natalie do they have any discounts on brakes the Asian woman rudely said we only give $ 50.00 off and then said in a rude voice here is your service person Natalie. I then stare at her and walk away with Natalie to get the paperwork done. Later when I pick up my car never had a brake light on when I took my car in but after it was fixed the light continues to come on. Spoke to Natalie at 4:26 pm service close in thirty minutes have to return and have more work done due to an incompetent service ๐Ÿ‘ท worker. I suggest not to come to this place very unethical and liars. Hope to get my problem solved soon. Wash my car smeared my back window up need to the car wash immediately.

Worst experience ever!! If a zero rating was available, I would give them that. They kept my car for 13 days for basic service and replacement of the auxiliary battery. Frank Perri, the Service Rep, never once initiated contact to update me on my car. I arrived to pick up my car the day AFTER he told me it would be ready, and had to sit there for an additional 25 minutes while he filled out the paperwork for my car that should have been completed and waiting for me since he told me that my car was ready to go the day before!!! That was the first and last time I will ever take a car there. I also reached out to the service manager Steve Shemkis (sp?) on multiple occasions, with no luck. Lexus for Life!!!

Took my car in for service on 3 different occasions. Service department has great customer service no matter who youre working with. I love that they offer courtesy vehicles at no charge even if the service will be done same day.

Came in for for my first oil change at 3,000 miles, expecting to pay upwards of $200 and was told the cost would be $349.10! Why? So they could โ€˜check all my fluidsโ€™. I was ready to pay dealership prices but that was ridiculous.

If I could give negative amount of stars to this service center, I would give them -1000. The worst service ever! I took my GLC 300 2018 to get a part replace as it had a crack, and my car is still under the warranty and I am paying additional monthly fee for free service. I leased my car in December 2018 in another dealership, and I was informed that the warranty and service is national wide and I would never have any problems with Mercedes as they are so awesome.I came in on April 6, Brad told me that it will be covered by the warranty and walked me to the reception so we could schedule the appointment. I have scheduled it for April 12, and when I arrived I was told that there is no appointment scheduled (even though I showed the confirmation email) and receptionist offered me to speak with customer care representatives. There were 3 representatives at that time talking together about something, when I have asked them who can help me with my questions no one actually was enthusiastic and the gentleman (I think his name is Perry) asked me couple questions and then added โ€œIโ€™m off the clock ladiesโ€ and left. So why would you ask me questions if you are off the clock? Anyway, as I was standing next to the Jacklin desk, she reluctantly asked what is my questions. After I have explained her that Iโ€™m here to get my car fixed, she told that there is no appointment scheduled in her system(and she didnโ€™t want to look on my email confirmation), the part is not in stock and I most likely that the warranty will not cover anything, but she need to check with the manager named Kevin and promised that he will call me back on April 13 first thing in the morning. Of course no one called me, today I called Kevin twice, I left 2 voice messages, he did not called me back. In the evening I called to service center again to see if I can get help with my problem and I was transferred to the customer care representative, after explaining him all over again the situation, he transferred me to Jacklin, she did not even wanted to listen to me, she was interrupting me and raising her voice, telling that no matter what I was promised by Brad A week ago, Kevin is the manager and he is not approving to get this fixed by the warranty...I could not even finish the phrase because all the time she was yelling that nothing will be covered by the warranty if I leased the car in another dealership I need to take the car over there! Even if it is 2000 miles away??! When I asked her to send me the email confirmation that the part is not covered with the warranty so I could provide it to Mercedes headquarters and my lawyer if needed, she hang up on me! Is that the excellent customer service I was promised?I hope that no one else will get in this frustrating situation. This is my first time I leased Mercedes and definitely the last. Such horrible customer service does not provide any other car manufacturer.

I purchased my car from Mercedes-Benz of South Bay and had some minor work done when needed. It just feels like home to me whenever Im in the area and in need of service. South Bay will handle all your needs.

Donโ€™t trust anything these people are saying when they try to sell you a car ! They are selling you all kinds of extra package but when the times come in they use all kinds of untold excuses and make you pay from pocket ! For someone who ho got one of their most expensive car, I feel being cheated big times .. My lease is about to be over but not only I am not going to get my next car from them I make sure noun or my friends or business partners get cars from them ! It such a shame that they can lie and take customer as idiots!!
