First off I really appreciated the knowledgeable staff. Easily the best bike shop I’ve been to in years. I had issues with my bike other places couldn’t fix, and I had my bike back next day riding as well (if not better) than when I originally purchased it.

Friendly folks & one of the best (and most reasonably priced!) bike tuneups Ive had in LA. Green flag: they wont try to sell you parts you dont need, and even actively talked me out of replacing things prematurely.

As a first time customer, I brought in my MTB to get a seized up front QR thru-axle extracted. They are really nice and friendly and did a good job at a very reasonable price. I will be taking my bike here from now on.

I met JP when he was at another shop, where he provided excellent advice and service, and nothing has changed now that hes running his own shop. Since the DropOut opened, Ive bought a bike from them, sold a bike through them, and had several bikes serviced (Peyton is a fantastic and friendly mechanic), and been thoroughly satisfied every time. 11/10 rating.
