This my 4th time to this location,the store is clean and they greet you at the door,but there is this fake smile about them, they are helpful but not...they are very cold about it...you know they dont do it from the heart...all the women act in the same manner......this being my 4th vist,gimmie a break,im deffinetly not trippin

First time here. My boyfriend brought me so I can see their boot selection. Found some really nice ones he ended up buying for me. They had a lot of neat clothes, jewerly and hats and their staff were all so nice! I will definitely return!

This store is very clean, the staff is friendly. The products are of very good quality. Its a bit pricy but worth every penny. Currently the dressing rooms are closed due to covid-19, which makes sense. They havr a good selection of boots and clothes.

The boot barn is great.What I dont understand is why they hire on professional people with no customer experience. The young lady that works there during the evenings made me feel really uncomfortable, she followed me around the whole business not letting me make a good choice on what I wanted to buy, I left really uncomfortable please be aware and I hope they do something about this.

Great selection, you cant beat the prices. Easy to get to, near the freeway. Lots of parking. The staff is friendly and helpful. The thing I love most is they have their stock on the shelves by size so you dont have to ask someone to get you a million boots to try on. I just bought myself and my daughter boots yesterday.

Management didnt try to help either, just dismissive, then chatted with a co-worker. Was considering other items but put them back without purchasing because of the vibe. No thanks!

It has really friendly and helpful staff. I usually enjoy shopping in peace, but the woman helped my friend find his work boots without any problems. We were in and out in less than 25mins. (Thats fast considering we had no idea what we were looking for besides steel toe)

Friendly, never been to one of these stores. The worker didnt direct me to the part of the store I was looking for he actually walked me over and explained a little bit about sizing when it came to hats.

The store is small cramp with many items but it is very clean and well-organized. Customer service is excellent very helpful.

I love coming to this store, for one they dont just run up to you and nag you about what you want. The chrome service is great cause they have a lot o knollage on what boot is the best for you or if its not in the store they will locate it from another store.

I wanted boots that could be sent to California on the tablet in store... now I have 5 pending transaction for 428.00 each and the card was declined... not happy

Went in for some work style boots and they had a decent selection. UnfortunatelyI wasnt able to find what I needed but thats the fault of my feet more than Boot Barn.

Dont recommend this place. They told me they where have a blck friday sale and also had a sign say Thanksgiving sale and none of the 👢 they had where on sale. When I asked what boots where on sale on Thanksgiving the customer service rep stater giving me this dumb smile/ laugh. I dont get it. Plus mostly all there boots suck. I recommend shopping some where else.

My favorite place to go! Ive gotten my work boots and regular boots here as well both ariat brands and i couldnt be happier with them. They have a good variety of boots hats and clothes as well as accessories. The employees there are super cool theyre nice and helpful. What i really like is that they do not follow you around like they do at so many stores and if you need help they help you to their extent.

Not very many varieties to choose from. I purchased an $80 Rasco hoodie for my job (fire retardant) and the stitching on the sleeves and front pocket were coming apart after 4 days

Picked out $250 boots as a Christmas gift, went to pay and they wanted $1 extra for a box. Returning the boots tomorrow. Managements decision to charge customers $1 for a box cost them a customer and a $250 sale. Tired of companys fees: bag fee, luggage fee, and now a box fee??? Update: boots returned.

The fire retardant hoodie that I bought the scenes were already coming apart on day 4 the color started fading after the second wash they have only one type of fire retardant jeans for women in their and the prices are way too high for the quality of the clothing
