EXTREMELY Unprofessional. I called thr store to speak with the asain man named Terry to ask about 2 iphones my old roomate brought him so he could wipe them clean aka factory reset them . my old roommate is a complete clefto and compulsive liar . he steals from everyone including my boyfriend and his mother who gave him a place to stay and food to eat etc. Were 99% sure someone stole their iphones (Brandon most likely) and all i wanted to know was what kind he gave terry but terry refused to help me and rudely hung up on me . so i guess hes aiding theives so they can safely steal peoples phones and sell them .

Fixed my nexus6 Better than new - for $200 instead of 800.My N6 died on its 3rd birthday. It was stuck on Android 5.1 and hotspot didnt work but I like its display and speakers. Went to T-Mobile across the street in a panic, ready to pay $800 for a Pixel xl, but was directed to this repair shop where I bought a cheap LG and asked them to try to repair the N6 within the day.4 hours later: they diagnosed a bad logic board, had another in stock, replaced it. It appeared to work so I returned the LG &they refunded all but $15. Fair. Look at this n6 now: its updating to Android 7 and the hotspot, which T-Mobile had said would never work, is working just fine now.Very happy and satisfied.

Interestingly, I already had been here prior to that for my cracked phone which was repaired within 40 minutes at that time. I literally dropped off the phone there and went to have lunch and it was already done before I finished my lunch. Awsome!!!Phones must be one of our major stresses if not working properly nowadays and he is there for us. ;)

This is THE shop to go to in Torrance and is always packed. Idk HOW one guy so graceously handles so many customers but if you have a phone issue, Terry will address it. Fair prices and while you wait he will fix your phone quick, depending on the issue but I am a tech savvy dude and I still go to him because he knows EVERYTHING about phones and can fix any problems right away, walk-in! I wont go anywhere else, at least yet and its been three years now lol. He will give you a good deal on buying a used phone or other electronics too if you talk him down he will work with you a bit on price too! Highly reccomend and I have NO idea how he gets SOO much business with no sign even outside, must be all word of mouth...I wish I knew how to handle so many customers by myself and keep them all happy!UPDATE: He has too much rich Yuppy customers now and last two times I went to him he wouldnt fix the phone he sold me for over $400 cash and it was just one mic (speakerphone still works) bc it wasnt the newest flagship model and hes so busy if youre issue is out of the ordinary(anything besides a battery or crack screen and hell say he cant fix it but only because it takes a lil more time and he wont hire a single helper even though theres a dozen ppl waiting LITERALLY everytime I have EVER been there. Problem is my friends and I reccomend him for YEARS but unless youre qwik money hell turn you away and plays the broken English card for negotiating leverage if he doesnt wanna help you out he now has NO PROBLEM turning away 6 year customers repeatedly after selling junk phone and cant replace battery told me call Amazon but I ordered one myself $20 and installed it in 15mins, he couldve OFFERED to order it...Rude and greedy now AND he no longer sells phones used, ONLY brand new with a plan! Hire an assistant, learn about repeat business and customer service and make 50% more doing the same amount of work! Would no longer reccomend, shop around there are LOTS of alternatives NOWADAYS!!
