This is a South Bay mainstay. A great place, national brand. What more can we say. I get a lot of my menswear here. St Johns Bay and Stafford mostly, but they have Levis and Haggar as well. Sports wear as well. Good stuff, decent prices.

Sale seemed to be good BUT the staff in returned goods was the pits. We arrived in time to return our goods, however, the one rep was having trouble with her customer and the second rep had to stop helping her customer and spend about ten minutes explaining to the first rep her the correct procedure needed. That was OK. When she finally figured out how she was to receive the return goods, after the second rep gave her10 minutes time explaining or helping whichever you preferred, she finished with the customer. Then she proceeded to close her station and leave leaving us standing there. My daughter took exception to her actions and requested she return to her station one because we had been standing there the entire the time she was being helped and we only had one return. Second we were trying to obtain another purchase before final closing call. With much additude, she returned to receive our return telling us we would have to go to another cashier because she did not take customers purchases. Stating all she would take would be our return. By the way the return took all of two minutes or less. All of this frustration was unnecessary and unexpected. This type of behavior helps customers appreciate AMAZON.

Great shopping at a Standard in Shopping. They have been around for years and it is so good to still have them here.

The sale topper didnt match the garments on the rack. Every item on the rack doesnt qualify for the sale price. After arguing with the floor manager I was able to secure the 30% off. There are many more like this in this store. Be aware while shopping here.

Went shopping for young girls clothing, 1st no one around in sight to find where that department was.When I did find it the selection was very limited, unlike Macys where I normally buy her outfits from, hadnt been to Pennys in like 20 years or sears and look what happened there sad all thoughs jobs gone .

This Pennys is pleasant enough. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They dont offer anything exciting by way of fashion but their staple items (tees, jeans, Chuck Taylors, etc.) are priced well and theres always a sale or coupon. I only buy undies from them because they have a great variety and they hold up well after many washes.

I made an appointment for hair cut and color, I went out of my way to go and try this place, should have known, they dont care about you or your business, I was treated disrespectful to the fact that if you make an appointment they should be on time. I was so disappointed, I just canceled.

Im glad JC Penny didnt go out of business. I love their styles, good quality, and the sale prices are good. I like their jewelry, too. Plus, you can shop on-line for even more selection. Ive always liked their styles better than Khols and the prices are better than Macys.

You can always find good deals at jcpenney. And if you use your JCPenney card you get extra savings.

JCP just holds a place in my heart from childhood. They still have great deals and clothes you cant find in other stores. Like Levi 541 athletic cut before you could find them anywhere else. Try finding tuxedo pants in a hurry. Check it out if you havent been in awhile. I think it will surprise you.

How much JC Penny has cahnged. I use to hate it, clutter no customer service. I have come here several times. It is a great shopping experience. The place is clean, bright, quality merchandise. There are plenty of people to assist with what you need. Associates are so nice. This now my place to shop.

An associate named Lorena from Del Amo Mall Fashion Center in the mens department was very professional and very helpful. I asked a few employees for help but no luck. Lorena spotted me, and asked if I needed assistance. She got straight to the point we went looking for the item I wanted, but unfortunately they were old out, so Lorena ordered my item online quick and easy.

Instead of having lp all over us they should have better customer service

I used to love this JCPenney. They had great Mango brand clothing before and other brands. Now that store became predominantly Hispanic oriented with majority of customers Hispanics and store not clean with things thrown all over.

I went to this location to buy a work shirt and the shirts very quickly for work.Every retail store has steamers to iron the displays. This location claims that they could not let me iron this wrinkled shirt. It literally takes 10 seconds. I will not give them anymore of my money.

In store pick up is slow and is the same place that they ONLY allow returns. Terrible customer service

Was pleased with the plus sized fashions. Only wished they would make more cashiers available. Standing in a long line to give someone your money is ridiculous.

I went looking for a formal dress but couldnt find any. Clothes arent very cute either for the prices. Good deals on kids clothes though.

I grew up going to this JCPENNEY when I was little. My whole lifetime growing up in the South Bay. Even though in the past years I havent been shopping there. But now I have joined their rewards program and started shopping more frequently.

I love the styles of clothes that they carry, I was able to find an outfit suitable for my companys Christmas party. Happy with my purchase and I looked and felt awesome in my outfit.

We were surprised when we got there and there was a fun jcp kid zone event (its done monthly). It made for a nice craft time for our child before we left for lunch.Also had an easy time picking up my online order that was sent to the store. The customer service people would very helpful.

Cashier in mens department was very helpful.

I bought a engagement ring here. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. I would definitely recommend it. And thank you once again. My fiancé loved the ring.

Why do I always forget about this place? They literally have everything in clothing a family could need at real discount prices. The staff was helpful and the choices were really abundant. I went to the J.C. Pennys @ the Del Amo, Mall. Good location plenty of parking,, private security, handicap parking & restrooms. Food court. It has a middle & upper class attitude They have elevators & escalator. They had what I was looking for. They always have coupons & sales + a club for frequent buyers.

I was there with my 3 month old baby, at the photo studio. First time there, and it was a great experience. Katya was amazing with the photo shoot, and just her customer service was everything i expected and more. I will make this place my forever photo studio.

Great location, the self staff is Minority based. Quite capable of handling a huge workload, some of the employees lack enthusiasm and others have well rounded personalities.This particular JCPenneys is run and adequately and the stores kept clean and well organized most of the aisles are clutter free and are not in disarray like many other department stores. The sales representatives here really are one-of-a-kind because they take pride in keeping the store top shape.
