I really like the quality and price of this store, but last time Ive been there I was really disappointed because I bought an T-shirt and the sale sign was $9,90 as showed in the picture and I was charged $19,90 because, they sad, the sale is only for the pink color. How does it make sense? If the sign is in the middle of the FOUR COLORS????? So I returned the item and bought on line for the Sale price of $9,90 for ALL colors available. So weird!!!! And by the way, please make the signs with the prices clear and understandable. Thank you.

Pretty great store if youre on a budget and need a bit of stuff to refresh your current wardrobe, quality and price ratio is very good value better than other fast fashions brands that cost more eg; Zara, H&M, and etc. I prefer Uniqlo any time of day! Especially for spread collar shirts with stretch amazing for work and fit immaculately.

LOTA SIMPLE BUT NICE THINGS

Last week, I went in store to Uniqlo in Santa Monica to return an online order. The cashier told me, since I paid through PayPal, I had to contact customer service and return my order to the warehouse and I could not return my order in store.After emailing Uniqlo online, there was no response for over a week. I tried to contact Uniqlo in Santa Monica multiple times throughout the day and NO ONE picked up.I decided to call other Uniqlo branches to see if they could help me before my full refund date expires.Del Amo Uniqlo actually picked up my call, I explained my situation to the manager. Thank you to Casandra and Nelly for helping me with my return.5 stars for customer service, finding a solution to help me, and overall professionalism. Thanks again.

Definitely not my cup of tea. Looks like clothes for working class people, and I mean like real simpletons. I was at this store for reception, when they opened up, and selection of clothes was much different and better.

Expect to wait in long line during weekend. But still you cant beat the great quality with affordable price.

Its a great Japanese brand. Clothing items they sell are quality and if your lucky they sell broken quality items that are very affordable sale items. Customer service are good there us always someone to check if everything is ok and willing to look at their gadget to check if items are still available or not anymore. Winter clothing items are at best and nice items are sold in summer time too.

Uniqlo’s linen wear collection is affordable. Prices can be as low as $14.99 per piece. I love the casual fit and colors. Actually, I buy 3-4 of the sleeveless linen blouses every year. They last about 1-2 years. Uniqlo also introduces a new color palette for its linen collection annually.My child loves to come here and shake hands with the mannequins. She adores the colors and smooth materials

Absolutely love this store. The prices and selection are unbeatable. Uniqlo clothing is not top of the line and not for everyone but I found hoodies and sweatpants that were really good quality for incredibly low prices. Looking forward to my next visit.
