Great place to have a cup of coffee! I love their drinks so much!!! Highly recommend and the workers always make the coffee good!

Very inconsistent, I order online so the order is printed out, so theres definitely not a communication problem. Anyways, 3rd time you guys screwed my order up. Tasted like milk with ice and the slightest hint of chocolate, no coffee flavor at all even though I added a shot. This was a $8 free drink from the app by the way. Was also small though I ordered large. I believe last time I got a free drink here they did same thing like its intentional.

My fave Coffee Bean, hands down! It’s conveniently located next to my office building, the staff is amazing - they greet me with a smile every morning, and know my normal order. My drinks are always spot on, and the place is always clean.

Dark chocolate iced coffee! I can only find it at coffee bean. This location makes one of the best I’ve ever had. It’s consistently a good coffee location. Right now they are take out only and they cleared out their store to make spaced-out places to stand and distance while you wait. The people working there are friendly and the place is clean.

Best One minus the paper straws I need about 4 to get through my ice blended they fall apart so fast = 😩Other wise love this place. Service is always good and the people are so nice.

I dont normally get coffee as Im out, but when I do I look for local mom & pop shops, or Coffee Bean/Tea Leaf. This location is great with short wait times, great staff, decent selection of food, coffee and tea, and there are a good number of chairs and tables, indoor and out. I also like the fact they donate to first responders (Heroes at Heart coffee).

I’m vegan. Right now I’m ordered coffee with coconut milk. But in coffee she added a dairy free milk. It’s in trash right now and bad experience in this store.

Nice personnel, like in every Coffee bean store

This is my favorite coffee. They have been serving coffee at CBTL, long before Starbucks hit town. They staff all of their location except for LAX with some great people. I stop hear every weekend and enjoy the coffee and the staff. Order all the traditional drinks. If you like Tea Swedish Berry. If you want a free cup of tea or coffee, buy a pound or a can to take home and they will give you a free cup of coffee or tea to go.

I love buying tropical passion tea bags and getting a free regular sized ice tea.

This coffee shop has been here for over 12 years but always feels nice and fresh inside. The workers were friendly and efficient. I got one of the holiday mint mochas, very tasty, along with an egg and spinach breakfast sandwich, which hit the spot. I recommend it.

Ive gone to this location a few times and it has always been very nice experiences. Morning rush hour has been fairly fats, with in 5+ minutes my order was ready and I was out the door. Parking is a little small since its shared with 2 other locations int he same shopping center lot but its duable.The staff has always been friendly this previous time I was there I saw one of the employees taking a moment to talk with a little girl that had her little mermaid doll and had a brief talk with her asking her about her toy and just making friendly talk, it was nice to see.

Good coffee

This one is right next to the mall. Staff is generally friendly and good at getting orders correct. Interior could use a refresh compared to some other local locations but this is the most convenient for me when I travel on foot. CBTL beats out Starbucks for coffee in my opinion.

I love that this place is so close to the freeway and on two major streets. Off of Crenshaw and 182nd st. The only thing that I know is out of the places control is that parking seems to always be an issue when I come here. Its your typical Coffee bean & Tea Leaf type of place. You can expect to get the same drinks, treats, and great service that most coffee bean locations give. The staff here has always been more then accommodating and sometimes I want to mix up my drink orders so I ask what do the recommend etc, and they usually surprise me with a specialty not on the menu drink. I love that!I tend to go towards the coffee side when I come here however I think I just might life the tea a lot more sometimes. When they have it brewed I get the peach green tea iced. Amazing, super refreshing and no sugar so you can really taste the peach in the green tea. The hours are your standard coffee shop and they have a pretty efficient drive thru. Love coffee bean.

Ok so let me tell u my story. I had a horrible experience with 2 of the guys there. They look about Hispanic. Anyways, the one with glasses gave me attitude and rang up my order wrong. Didnt even read it back to me. Well anyways, I decided to give this place another try and let me tell u I am so thankful these ladies are working here! Top notch service!!
