I send out my nail drill after having it only for 3 months the hand piece was making a noice. I had the year warranty and they said nothing was wrong I said yes everyone in my beauty school and work complains about the noise it hurts your ears to have someone compare to other drill then they said yes is true we see what your talking about so they did exchange I paid $10 to ship to them and $24 for them to ship back to me. When I received it wow the new hand pice look soooo cheap and supper heavy and even looks cheep . I don’t recommend sending it to get fix you will not be happy with the new hand pice cheap cheap stuff. The new one is way heavier and makes load noise too :( The one that I send out to be fix was better then the one they replace it with.
