I called the company to fix my garage. The man on the phone said he would come in at a certain time. He came as stated and checked out my garage and said I needed new springs. He replaced my springs and fixed the issue within 30 mins. I think his name is Sam and is very honest, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you Sam! I highly recommend this company!!!

I received amazing service from American Star Garage Doors. It seemed to be just one dude, an immigrant from Syria who is just looking for honest work. I had my almost 20 year old garage door break a few days ago, and I had been looking around for a good price. I called at least 40 different places (most of them sounded scammy bc their numbers/voice mails were similar) and even had one guy come in for an inspection and a quote. The guy (from different company) started at $320, then went all the way down to $200, but I was wary, so I called a few more and everyone kept demanding to send another inspector out for money. Until this company, I told the guy (I forget his name, sorry dude!) nicely but firmly exactly what I needed, and the research I had done on it on Amazon, plus what I thought was a fair price for labor. He agreed, and did the job for $150. I was originally going to give him a $20 tip, but he did such a great job I gave him $30. He just came, did his work, refused any help i offered and just fixed my garage door. Really cool guy. I was so grateful and all he asked for was a good review, so Im going all out on this one.
