Hands down the most incompetent Swagelok facilities I have ever attempted to work with.All in the same week:“Your order will be ready for pick up at 8am tomorrow.” Arrive at 8am to find out they are not opening that day until 12:30pm.Call ahead to ensure they have the tool needed in stock. “Yes, we have it in stock” I confirm it is at that location and available for pick up if I drive there. They confirm, “Yes, it is in stock here for pick up right now”. Drive to the facility to have the desk clerk argue with me that the person on the phone said they had it at another facility 2 hours away. Once again, I confirmed it was available at that facility.

Worst customer service ever. The employee sounded annoyed to be assisting.
