We found Alan and SpaTek on a google search. His response to my email was quick and all my questions were answered. He’s an easy going, very knowledgeable, and no pressure kinda guy. We set up a phone call, then a visit to see the hot tub we were interested in. Within a week it was on my patio and up and running. Delivery was no issue for him and I got immediate response to a question I had once he left. Very reasonable price, great service, and a good person. What more could you ask for?Definitely recommend this guy.

To begin, Id like to explain something about myself. When I decide I want something, I want it now. Im beyond the definition of an impulse buyer. With that said I called Alan the minute I decided to purchase a hot tub. He answered on the first ring. I had many questions that he took his time to answer (impressive as this was after normal business hours). We decided on a time to meet so he could show my husband and I some options in person. It happened that we had some free time a day before we were supposed to meet Alan and he was quite accommodating and agreed to meet then. Fast forward to picking out what we wanted, Alan coming to our house the following day (free of charge) to inspect the area to make certain it would fit through the side of our house, confirm that we had sufficient electrical amps, and testing our current outdoor outlet. When all things passed, he set up the delivery for 2 days later. On the scheduled day, Alan showed up on time, delivered the hot tub not only to our house, but brought it all the way back to our backyard patio (which, at one spot he had to build a make-shift ramp to do so). He installed a new outdoor outlet on our house, installed, filled and prepared our hot tub, gave instructions on water treatments and answered all of our questions. We are beyond happy with everything! Alan was so awesome to work with. Sadly, hes of a dying breed of honest hard-working business people who put their clients satisfaction over the almighty dollar. Id give more than 5 stars if it were an option!

Alan was a one stop shop when it came to getting our beautiful new spa. He answered all of our questions from start to finish.
