He sweet and fast talking can be deceiving and he is very good at not telling the truth. I was warned of this place but I decided to try anyway and got a very decent sales man (name i forgot) who walks very quickly. But this black man in the finance department is an enemy to the truth. Jamie made an effort to reach out to me to correct a negative experience I had in the dealership. After some back and forth she set me up with the dealership manager who was excellent as well. By far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Brett was great and helped me find a car that works great and the extra medical things he needs. The only complaint I have is the cleaning people. My car wasnβt very clean and Brett did seem a little embarrassed by it. He was great though and took it upon himself to try and make it a little clean while I was signing the final paperwork. Very happy with how everything turned out.

Ive been coming to Nissan 46 for years and this is the 1st time that Ive received the outstanding service that Nelson displayed! He made sure to check in multiple times through out the time I was waiting and was very pleasant to work with. He mentioned that he was newer to the company, and I feel the company should want ALL of their employees to model his white glove service and positive attitude.

Itβs been a rough two weeks in NJ with unfortunate events with the flood and let me just tell you they made it easy process to buy a car here at Nissan. This is the only Nissan in the surrounding area that has the best pricing for cars at the moment! The sales representative Roman and sales Manager Joseph did an amazing job with trying to keep me in my budget and get me car that had all the features I was looking for.. on the plus size the color of the car is beautiful ππβ¦ I highly recommend checking them out!
As the car I got is beautiful, the service at this dealership is terrible. Iβve called everyone possible. Left countless messages, no responses. My temporary plates are now over 10 days expired I was supposed to get overnight new ones, never received them. Contacted my sales person, doesnβt respond. I mean correct me if Iβm wrong but itβs definitely been over a month of having this car Iβm sure I should have my plates by now. Not to mention they havenβt given me any of my finance information

Be careful. These other 5 star reviews seem super fake. The dealer advertised a used car on their website for a great deal at 28k, I went in for a test drive and liked the car. After sitting down with a salesman the price suddenly jumped 4k due to a certification fee. Read the other reviews below, they do this a lot and use a low price to bait people into the dealership only to do a classic bait and switch.

Sold me a car that was not prepared to be sold. The air filter was saturated with motor oil. I am experiencing performance issues like transmission slipping, wining, and vibration from the transmission as well. They sold me the car with bad rotors and drivetrain issues. I was advised to see Lauren and she would take of everything. Quite the contrary. She told me they were getting error codes from the crash sensor. Fast forward 5hrs later. She said they took care of the breaks and replaced the Sensor. I still get error messages from the crash sensor and my CarFax report shows Lauren only had the rotors resurfaced. Due to transmission slippage I have nearly lost control of my vehicle a few times or get rear ended because of loss of power on acceleration. The Greed and ethics of this dealership is reprehensible.

Wish I could give less stars. The service at this place seriously makes me ashamed to own a Nissan. Every time I come in for service it is always a miserable experience. This past time they told me to pickup my car and when I get the whole service team was gone and my car was locked in the garage over night; no one on the sales team had the keys to the garage and it had to stay there overnight. I recommend going anyplace else. Left a complaint and they said manager would call me in 1-2 days. Never got a call and Iβm not surprised.

I made an appointment for car maintenance but I waited more than three hours. They lost my cars splash shield part. When I went again, they were disrespectful and did not help. Nissan should teach ethics to this employees. My car was better before I went to the service. Because of this place, I have to pay again for the missing piece. this is unacceptable!!!!

I took my truck to this location for repairs and this service department kept my truck for almost a month and still didnt perform all the repairs that I had requested. They charged me the full amount that includes the repairs but still didnt repair all of the issues. When I took it back to the dealership to ask for them to repair the driver-side window controls, they tried to charge me again for the repair that shouldve been included in the original repair service. I believe most of the other reviews are fake.

This Dealer has no service, they sold me a guarantee understood and I have been visiting the place for 3 weeks and no one answers me, I called the guarantee company and they told me that this dealer has to fix neither Van. They have a Bad Service, I better say they have no service.

I bought a car during the pandemic. I got the usual HARD sell, but decided on a car. AFTER PURCHASE, I got lots of excuses from sales to not take my call- --bad wifi, out to lunch, Ill call you back. All in all I got no paperwork for my financing, my temporary plates became expired. And as I write this now, Im on hold yet again to find answers. The worst.

Made a car purchase at this dealer, Luis was the sales person who helped me and my fiance with our purchase only to find out he duped us stating that the Nissan Maxima we purchased will get a discount of $3999 from the displayed sale price based on whats stated online upon looking into making the purchase and that never happened. After going back upon doing some calculations on my own because the never give me a proof of purchase or any documentation for my purchase and realizing the discount was never applied amount some other issues he boldly stated he couldnt remember our conversation when the were 2 other persons present with me. The sales manager even came over and told us we were getting a huge discount which played a great role in us making the purchase at the time and all of that turned out to be a lie. Gone are the days when people had integrity everybody is just out to make a quick buck, would never recommend Route 46 to anyone. However if others choose to go be very careful!

Sell price should include the CPO fee. Im pretty sure upselling is illegal but Route 46 Nissan list for 15k to get you in the door and then tries to charge you damn near 20k after reconditioning and certification fees. Ive never purchased a Nissan before, but I have purchased several cpo cars in my lifetime and have never witnessed such a thing. But if you dont mind spending an extra $3995 in hidden fees this is your place...#2 in the region or whatever
Bait and switch. do not go here. Beatrice also referred to as B promised no market adjustment fees other than msrp plus 799. explained that I did not want to waste time and I lived over an hour away and that I can only come in if she guaranteed this. she confirmed. and when I went in Scully the sales manager had an indifferent attitude. they made me wait there for an hour despite having an appointment and tried to sell the car with a 3k market adjustment fee!

After my car was totaled in the flood I called around to find a new car, trying to make sure I could find a dealership that was trustworthy. I call Rt. 46 after locating a couple of cars I liked, and asked the same question I ask every single dealership- Other than tax, titles and tags, what other fees do you charge when you sell a used car. The woman on the phone told me there was a dealer fee I believe, something in the hundreds, and I said OK. Made an appointment for after work the next day. As soon as I sit down with an actual salesman he tells me up front that there is a $3995 certification fee that will be added on any car they sell. This was highly upsetting, because I took a lot of time to make sure I asked those questions before ever taking the time to visit the lot, so someone lied to me. I left, and bought an Acura the next day. Now I am looking for a car for my Wife (also affected by the storm) and I have to add $4K to any car I locate thats on this lot. Fees like that, which arent disclosed ahead of time, are manipulative- ESPECIALLY if I ask you and you still dont disclose the truth.

I have a 2020 Sentra, had a million things on my agenda three weeks ago and when I got in my car it wouldnt start. I started with a call to the dealership and spoke with one gentleman and he gave me the number for Roadside Assistance. I called them and they towed my car to the Service Dept. I called back and the gentleman I spoke with originally said it was not he I spoke with. I had written down his name. I was told it was Marcos, which is really beside the point but he repeatedly talked about outside influences and in that case my car would not be covered under Warren.Asked him to explain outside influences. A mouse eating my wires or if I tried to soup up my car. Lost my patience.Next day I called and was told the battery was not strong enough to sustain all the electronics in the car. Therefore they replaced the battery but had to order new cables and a terminal. Well here is the clinker for me. You could not send someone to pick me up that day. After approximately 11 years of doing business with you I had to pay $25.00 and take an Uber to pick my car up at the Dealership. Im approximately 13 miles away, have driven that 13 miles back and forth every time I leased a new car and every time I brought my cars in for service.The one time I needed your Dealership you could not extend yourself that extra 3 miles. And no one followed through and called me when the parts came in. I brought the car back to have the new parts installed and the gentleman is asking me what parts and what are they for and what did they say was wrong with the car.Now how does Nissan build a car with a battery that does not carry enough power to sustain the car????My relationship with Nissan Route 46 will end when the lease is up on my existing car.So thats approximately 11 of my business.Regards,Kathleen Duffy

Thats why had to come back and make a deal to get our ride. A dealership with only lots of cars but no good service is terrible. I would highly recommend this dealership if you are buying a Nissan. Wow this Nissan is horrible. You wait online to check in your car to be serviced. No one says a word to you. No one greets you to say they will be with you shortly. They seem a little rude. The best is after your car has been serviced they dont clean or vaccum your car. Nissan in Stanhope, NJ is much better. They have a great team, everyone greets you. After your car has been serviced they clean your car for you. I will be going back to Nissan in Stanhope. NISSAN ON RT46 LOST MY BUSINESS!!!
