I had a wonderful experience when buying my sleep number bed! I worked directly with the sales woman Alana and she was absolutely wonderful. Alana and the other sales woman were both kind, not pushy, very accommodating, and overall just nice people. If anyone wants a sleep number, I HIGHLY Recommend the Totowa, NJ location.

Went in on a Sunday, we were in and out in less than an hour. I had already done a fair amount of research but Hayden was a literal wealth of information. He was so nice and took most of my anxiety away from a fairly large purchase. We are so pleased with our decision!

They take all the necessary time to show you choices, prices and styles. You can test drive all beds and no pressure to buy on the spot.

We made an appointment to see Ronni today because our 15 year old innerspring is ready for replacement. Ronni was charming, helpful, informative and listened our needs. She answered all our questions and satisfied our objections. Bottom line, we walked out with a new mattress to be delivered in a few weeks. Great service Ronni.

I Love this store. The Mgr was very helpful and extremely patient with us in answering all of our concerns!! I would recommend going to the Totowa location on route 46 they were Awesome! We are happy to announce that we are now new customers!!!

Delivery address was incorrectly input, originally delayed the delivery of the mattress by a month.Edit: customer service corrected it and made it a one day delay. Very pleased with that level of service!

Alana was amazing! She took her time to make sure that I understood how Sleep number works. Then walked me through testing each mattress. She Patiently waited and listened while I tested each and every mattress in the show room. The experience was extremely positive and the I8 is a perfect fit for me!

I went to the store last week not knowing anything about Sleep Number beds or what I was even really looking for in particular. Ronni greeted my father and I and let me try out multiple beds and described each of their own unique amazing features. I didn’t buy a bed that night but she made sure to follow up with me. I came in about a week later and made my purchase, along with other items Ronni suggested. She even showed me how to use the SleepIQ app and how to get started once I get my bed. Both visits were very pleasant and I found Ronni to be very helpful and nice. Definitely recommending to friends and family. And cant wait to have my bed delivered :)

After spending time speaking with Alana at the Totowa, NJ store and having her show me - and let me try - the different options, I bought a mattress. She took all the time I needed until together we decided on the best one for me. She was SO patient and SO knowledgeable! No pressure at all; just helpfulness and guidance.Since I was replacing one from Select Comfort (which became Sleep Number) that I had for 20 years, I knew this would be a good buy.I recommend Sleep Number and Alana.

The sales person was very very nice. However, the bed I purchased for my 9 year old ended up not working out. Which was the furthest thing from my mind. So with the $199 pick up and $199 delivery charge. It was a costly mistake of $400 to TRY this bed. NOT what I was expecting. Their customer service is horrible. They made NO attempts to escalate, no bending over backwards to make the customer happy...the whole experience was frustrating and very costly. I ended up getting a wonderful mattress somewhere else that worked out perfectly and of much better quality.

Salesman pitch is very educational, pillows are expensive and horrible and you do not get your money back. We purchased a mattress and thank god for the 110 day trial... it is TRULY an OVERPRICED camping / air mattress. If you are married and love to cuddle, this is NOT for you. We tried it, its not for us.

Sales person was very helpful not liking the mattress as much as I thought I would. I had major problems with the delivery and they didnt do anything to accommodate me.

These guys are bull**** Especially the old guy who sells without informing about return policy. I bought a pillow for $140 which i am not comfortable with, and he wouldnt help me to return it. I would never recommend buying pillows from sleep number. I bought a nice comfortable pillow from tempur pedic with very good customer service.

Stand alone location means you can take your time and test each bed without being distracted by nosy people looking in from the mall. Sales staff greets you, makes recommendations based on your needs and then leaves you alone until you need them.
