Ordered and sent chocolates as a thank you to friends. They were excited and enjoyed all of the chocolates. The service was great. It was sent quickly.

I recently ordered a small, three-tiered gift tower. Although the picture showed Oreos, pretzels, and pralines, the website does state that substitutions may occur. Instead of the pralines, my friends received graham crackers. I ordered it early on a Wednesday morning, it shipped from New Jersey later that night, and was delivered to my friend in California the following day by mid-afternoon. Packaging was good enough to withstand the summer So Cal heat and the products were delivered with expected quality. I wouldnt hesitate to use this company again.

The berries arrived mushy and gross.... mold literally on the top of one berry. I did t send these but my mother was the recipient and I would never use this company. If owners want photos and want to make this right I’ll send images and shipping label. Make it right and I’ll amend my review but this is terrible!
