From the minute I walked in I was greeted by friendly staff who was very patient and helpful in explaining and showing me unit sizes, entrances, hours, and equipment. Joyce set me up and also applied the 3 month promotion, free lock, and waived administration fee. It was quick and easy. The building was clean and has climate control. I have been using this storage location for a few years now. The facility is clean and well lit. I go to the unit at all times of the day and I have not seen any problems. The facility has the ability to load both from a moving truck with a high foot-bed and from a regular vehicle. It has multiple entrances and lots of carts to move your stuff on. I also must say the facility manager Patrick is a joy to work with. I highly recommend this facility for storage

Great storage space. The man at the front is extremely personal and helpful. The actual space in the warehouse is clean and easily accessible. Definitely would come back if I need to store belongings again.

Amazing storage facility. The customer service is Family, Patrick is amazing and goes above and beyond for his customers. The manager Patrick is wonderful. Very helpful, polite and made a stressful situation much easier. Convenient location and very quiet and safe. I was here 6 months and never had any issue. I was in between homes from out of state so had to access storage multiple times a week and always was greeted with kindness.

We have been using units in Store Space in Totowa NJ for 2-years now. The facility is extremely well maintained, including the public restroom.The manager, Patrick is always willing to help in any way. The place is well lit at night and the temperature in the storage area is always maintained right around 70 degrees with low humidity in the summertime. We looked at other storage facilities in the area and none can compare with Store Space in Totowa. Overall best value ... by FAR! Highly recommended.

We used this location for storage for 5 years! As time went on ownership changed but it was a smooth transition. Prices did go up however customer service is fantastic!!! Patrick rocks, he’s incredibly helpful. Would recommend to a friend.

Dont know where to start. Ive been looking for prices and have gone to different locations. I’ve been looking for boxes and rental units as I will be moving out of state. At store space everything was on point. I had the pleasure of meeting Sylvia who answered all my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a great storage place and great service!!

I didnt stay here long...approx. 6 mos. I did visit twice, though. All was fine!! I want to say first of all, that the customer service is superior! The gentleman at this location, Patrick, was super helpful. Easy access. Clean!! If I had to, Id use it again. I highly recommend it to anyone.

Awesome service from Patrick today! U-Haul via online was troublesome when their website and app aren’t user friendly but Patrick helped me out immensely and got me on the road with no fuss. I plan on moving soon so I decided to call some places, check out prices... anywho I called this place and a lady answered very pleasant unlike other places and told me to come on down for some more information and I did, Sylvia was very kind, explained everything. Sometimes I ask to many questions but she took her time was very patient with me. The place looked very clean and I will definitely be signing up soon and will definitely recommend this place to the rest of the family .

If I could give a 0 I would. Other than Patrick the manager. Customer service is lousy! They threatened me to either pay my balance or we will send to auction. Aft they said we will work with us they have us an ultimatum knowing the pandemic situation. Being in the wedding industry. That had completely shut down. And we had no income. Either I feed my family or pay my units. They are the worst I wouldn’t recommend them at all!! Stay away money hungry ! They forced us out !

Patrick the manager was very accomodating. I asked him fir something close to yhe entrance and he went way out if his way to find one for me. Very clean location, everything he touched was wiped down as he went which was a plus!
