Average service. The equipment used seems to be very old fashioned (outdated). Front staff was helpful on helping me select new glasses, but had a surprisingly hard time printing an itemized receipt for a reimbursement claim?

This establishment is extremely unprofessional. I arrived 10 min late on a fill in appointment with the eye doctor and they told me i would have to reschedule, and no one was waiting behind me. Since most of the time I end up waiting, I saw this as very extreme for a 4 yr client to cancel the appointment. Their eye selection is limited, and they do not have the proper fitting machine for people with progressive lens. I just found out this recently when I went to another, in the area, eye glass store. I did find another excellent eye store and doctor, I am very glad i found them. This is Not the place.

I went to Precision Vision for an eyeglass and contact exam, and then to purchase both, after having my insurance switched and not being eligible for the lowest prices at my previous doctor. I was nervous to switch because I loved my old place, but Dr. Prucnal was awesome and took lots of time explaining how my vision has changed and why and also to educate me about how my toddlers eyes are developing and what I could do to make sure she has the best vision possible.The frame selection for glasses was also awesome - they have great designer frames (more so than at the box stores everywhere) at reasonable prices. Glasses are always very expensive, but most places mark them up for three times the price and then give you a discount.Go to Precision Vision for a knowledgeable doctor, personal service (you will likely be the only person there are a time) and great selection of glasses frames.

From the phone call to the billing - TOP NOTCH service !!!!they got me in same day appointment and the service was outstanding and the Eye Dr. was extremely knowledgeable w/ 36 years experience and my situation was remedied within 1hr..... If I could pick no star to post!!!The glass store staff is extremely incompetent, not even have the basic, common sense on the fitment of the screw size and hole. Stopped by and asked if I can get my glasses tightened up the frame and leg, which the original screw was loose and lost. The staff took my glasses for 15 mins and came out with the broken frame (put wrong size screw(longer and bigger) into the hole and screwed in with no brain). she even wanted to put me into the trap that saying you have bigger strength, can you snap off the screw which came out extra through the hole. at that moment the frame was already cracked. questioned her for the reason of the crack, she kept saying I do not know. she was so unqualified and broke my 250 dollars glasses(bought only 3 months) with no common sense at all.

Been going here for 10 years at least average prices and excellent service and support dr prucnal has been my eye doc for 30 yrs and never had a complaint with my exams,, been wearing glasses since I was a kid and was mighty glad when I found this place thanks
