I went to Harry & David to get a gift basket for a friend today and met the most friendly and helpful person in a long time. Nick was so great in helping me create a custom basket. He also offered me different samples that I couldnt resist. All I can say is we need more Nicks in this world.

I received a delightful and beautiful basket from my Aunt Wanda! It took my breath away with condiments and it was finalized by a delightful, equipped with a sustainable basket.

I ordered a Picnic Basket for my daughters wedding because I couldnt be there. They told me when I called to find out what happened, that it had been held up. They told me that after I called, a day after the delivery was due! They then said theyd give me 20% of my next order! FAT CHANCE!

Well I ordered a Gerbera arrangement for my daughters birthday which was on the 22 of april. I also ordered a raspberry cheesecake to be sent with arrangement. My mistake, I ordered on line!! First the arrangement was delivered on the 21st. I was ok with that but what she received looked nothing like the picture shown. What she got was half dead. Second, the cheesecake was delivered 15 minutes before she got ready to leave from work PLUS it wasnt even raspberry. It was something more like turtle cheesecake with nuts and dark crust. Clearly not what I ordered. For the price I paid, I expected a much better product and the right product. Plus deliv er red on the same day not in two seperate days. Ive been a Harry & David customer for a couple years now and have never been disappointed until now. I spend hundreds of dollars every year at holiday time. Dont think I will now. THIS PLACE IS CLOSED!!! Drove 40 minutes out of my way to get my husband an anniversary gift and they are permanently closed. The website doesnt mention this at all.

I recently ordered the pears and apples as my bday present from a friend. These are not the pears Ive had in the past. Not up to the standards of a great company.

The sales personnel and the service they provide are excellent. Throughout the store are a variety of items available for sampling. If you enter hungry you will leave with a full stomach. The products are pricey but the quality is superb. I have visited the plant in Medford, Oregon and you could eat off the floor it is so clean. You can rest reasonably assured that the products are safe and prepared to the nth degree of sanitation.

The staff at this Harry & David were very helpful and customer-service driven. They were pleasant, cheerful and I would highly recommend this location for shopping. There were also a lot of sales and promotions during the time I shopped this location, and the sales associates made sure I was aware to get the most bang for my buck! I appreciate the service I received from the time I entered the store until leaving!

Harry & David is an acquired taste. This review is for those who like the brand already. The store is very clean and neatly organized. The associates great you coming and going and are very helpful. There were samples galore and many were sitting out so you didnt feel pressured to take one from a person in your face. If you are local or in town this is a great location if you are a Harry & David fan.

I have never had a bad experience at the Towson location. My experience last week was over the top, thanks to Robbie. It was so nice to see someone so happy in their job. I walked in the store not knowing what I wanted. Robbie took over assisting in creating a beautiful basket of Easter goodies for my daughter and her boyfriend. Thank you again Robbie, the basket was a hit. Hope to see you again soon!

I loved Harry & Davids. It is so sad to see them close this store. It was one of the main reasons I still shopped at Towson Town Center. I loved their Chocolate Decadence cake and loved the Moose Munch.

ONE STAR IS WAY TO GOOD FOR THEM, I WISHED THEY HAVE “0” STARDONT ORDER FROM HARRY AND DAVID !!!!!!!I will never order it from Harry and David website. 1) customer service is bad 2) you please your order, you pay extra $$$$ for specific day to be delivered and then they cancel your order steal your money, thanks God my sixth sense....I called them and they told me “ oh yeah it was canceled “ smhSo at the end none of my 3 business got they gifts on time :(

Okay, so the temptation of yummy samples drew me in, and this store, in the Towsontown Mall, does not disappoint. Taste some products and see if you can resist purchasing! Nice array of gifts, beautiful fruits, interesting items, and treats youll want to take home.

I had alot of fun taste testing. I purchased a couple of ingredients I plan to use for Thanksgiving dinner. Staff were very nice but were aggressive in upselling.

The team in Towson is AMAZING! Christine, Kara, Megan, and Nick made us feel welcomed and spoiled us with treats! Absolutely the best customer service experience Ive had in awhile!!! A huge thanks to all of them!!!
