Tyler is awesome and very patient. I needed Dallas Cowboys blue for a man-cave and couldn’t figure out which blue was closest. Tyler called Sherwin Williams in Dallas and asked them for the custom color formula! This saved me from buying tons of samples to find the right color on my own (like I’ve done with prior projects). Thank you sooo much Tyler! You saved me time AND money!!

I called the store on Joppa Road near Loch Raven yesterday. I asked for a price quote while I was standing in Home Depot. I wish I remembered the guys name. He was quick to recommend a paint and give me a price. I told him I was leaving right then to come to him since my contractor wanted the paint immediately. I have an account there. He asked what color. When I walked in the door, my 10 gallons of BM Tapestry Beige was waiting for me, like 10 minutes later. I paid right away and another guy helped carry them to my car. It was amazing!! I have been bragging about your team all day yesterday and today. That is what I call customer service!!

I was excited to go to Sherwin-Williams today because I thought that the service would have been better than Home Depot or Lowe’s. To my surprise it wasn’t.Prior to going to the store I visited Sherwin-Williams webpage and preselected the colors that I wanted to purchase. My daughter and I walked into the store and there were no other customers. The manager or owner did not greet us or offer to assist us in anyway. Eventually, I asked him to help me find the swatch colors that I preselected online. He gave me the first swatch and then he returned to doing whatever he was doing. I then asked him for the second swatch and he gave it to me and again he walked away and continued to do whatever he was doing without asking if I needed further assistance. After receiving such poor service I took the swatches and drove to Home Depot were they assisted me in picking the correct paint finishes for my bathroom and hallway, they were able to match the swatch colors that I got from Sherwin-Williams, and they helped me to select a roller that was perfect for painting the bathroom. Needless to say, this was my first and last visit to Sherwin-Williams.

This store that is run by Dalton and Mike, in my opinion has to be the most professionally ran store in the franchise. I will drive way out of my way to visit this store because they make me feel like I actually matter and Im not just the next sale. I truly think EVERYONE needs to visit this store for their painting needs. NO ONE COMPARES!!!!!

As soon as I walked in the store I was greeted by both employees and one immediately approached the counter to assist me.I told the salesman what I needed and he made several recommendations also indicating which would be the best choice. After I made my selection I told him I needed the paint tinted to match shutters which would be hung at the window. Im still in disbelief that he did such a fantastic job tinting the paint that when a paint sample was applied to the louvered slat you can not tell the difference. Im really impressed with his expertise.

My husband and I have been in here several times to buy paint and stains. They are always extremely helpful and truly go above and beyond. More than once, we have had to figure out what color stain to use and they have made samples on an actual piece of wood so we can see what it looks like in our home. The first time, the guy custom mixed us a color to match lvp flooring we have. Most recently, weve been trying to decide on a stain color for our new table and they put several colors on a piece of the wood so we could take it home and see what it looks like inside of our house. I highly recommend this location to anyone
