Target has a great business model. When they quote 2 hours or less for pickup, it really is 2 hours or less. When the app prompts to let the store know, youre on the way, so they can get the order ready to be brought out, its there when you arrive. I was in and out of the drive up in less than 5 minutes. Saving me time and I greatly appreciate that. I consistently get great service and the app is easy to use.

Target always has everything I need in stock and has a wide selection to shop from. I would definitely recommend Target to my friends and family. I love shopping at Target!

Very convenient I love the on my way feature. Its set up really well, with how clear it is to communicate how I want the order delivered to my vehicle and the employees are very kind.

The employees are REALLY nice and helpful. The only good thing about this place are the employees and the merchandise, the customers however ruin the image trying to turn it into a ghetto Walmart. Youll see for yourself. One would think that the guests would have a little more respect and have some class, unfortunately most of them dont. Kids tearing up the displays running around everywhere and parents that dont seem to care. Its Tracy though, so expect lots of trash everywhere. Too bad, its a great store.

Target is target no matter where you go so you can really say its because of the managers. I will always remember the manager telling a worker not to tell anyone they might have covid because they need people to keep stocking so yeah. the cashiers are nice and there are a lot of great employees and one gremlin that works at the front who is you ask to repeat themselves gets a pouty face

I love Target. But, today my service was above and beyond. My front checker, Lupe, was so friendly and nice. Then, I forgot one of my bags (which I have been known to do over the years). But sweet Lupe, came outside and found me in the parking lot as I was loading my other bags into the car! I would not have realized I was missing the items until I got home. She saved me a trip and was so kind and sweet! She is an asset to Target!

Karen and Brittany are amazing. Although the store didnt have the item it showed it had on its shelve they helped us with a solution and showed a caring and kind attitude and took care of us. Everyone we came in contact with showed great customer service and Karen and Brittany went above and beyond.

Target is amazing! Its convenient. The store is organized. The drive up pick up is fast and convenient. The employees wear masks and I feel safe going in there.

Very disorganized staff when it comes to directing traffic at the registers. Had customers fighting with us because there was no sense of direction for the self checkout vs the main registers.

A good store but easy out was not an option. One of the self check out machines was down and two other patrons seemed to be stuck on their transactions with no employee nearby. Luckily a lane opened up and we got a regular cashier. The store was very nicely organized and the Starbucks is very welcoming.

Great customer service

Target almost always seems to have the products that I am looking for. I also love how they operate their drive up and go. Its a well ran service and other businesses should follow their model. People should also remember to not park in the clearly marked Drive Up and Go spots. The way they are designed is so you can literally drive through and leave. That purpose is defeated when entitled people park in those spots because they dont feel they should have to walk.

The cashier had no problem price matching an item to the price from the app.

During this pandemic, there are only two store chains that stepped up and continued service in an orderly and safe fashion. Target is one of those two stores. The retail clerks and staff have all been kind, patient, and cheerful.

Great customer service from Jaydn. Quick check out extremely friendly very informative. I did not know about Target Circle, Jaydn was very helpful in showing me how to find it on my target app. I will definitely be using Target Circle with my future Target shopping.

The cashier was very friendly and acknowledged my 3 kids. Kids rarely get acknowledged to be honest. It was the first time my kids being back to target during covid-19. My kids fell very special.

Very disappointed one of the least recovered and low instock stores I have shopped in many years. Typically if I dont have anything nice to say I wont rite a review. However, this time it was too much, it was Saturday afternoon around 330pm I made the mistake of using the womens bathroom. It was a complete disaster. All the toilets were dirty, as well as the stalls, it even smelled bad. This bathroom did not belong in any target store especially when places are trying to stay cleaner during COVID .

Womens top advertised for a sale price, register rang up regular price. Customer service gave refund for difference, no problem. Still no Lysol though.

The employee was very professional and courteous. I also appreciate them wearing mask and their social distancing.

I collect DVD movies and drove to the Target in Tracy, CA yesterday and bought the movie The Kitchen. I didnt realize I accidentally bought the Blu-ray Digital so when I got home and played it the screen read cant read disc. I then called the Target store in Tracy (where I originally bought it) and talked to an associate named Neo and he told me to come in and explain my situation with Customer Service.This morning I drove back to the Tracy location and a tech in Electronics (I didnt get her name) was able to find the movie in DVD and said there was one left. I was so thankful I was able to exchange it with no problem. Thank you Target ♡

Employees are always friendly and helpful, but today the woman at Order Pick Up was exceptional. Especially when she reminded me to check the order before I left. Dont know her name..she was tall with long brown hair and Im guessing in her 40s.

Target has items that are cute and not available at other stores. Also, their store branded generic items are excellent, just the same as the branded ones. (Diapers, soap, etc...) Best of all, when you use the Target RedCard to pay for your purchases, you automatically get 5% off. Thats an automatic savings right there. On the downside though, they dont restock shelves as often as I wish they would. I end up making several trips just to find out if an item is available or not.

Always a great stop in Tracy. The workers are friendly and the store is organized and clean. Just as always they have a food area with a Starbucks. The lady at the food area is VERY nice and attentive. She has a very positive attitude, and was very nice to my son. Ill try to edit this with her name.

Good sales. The only thing that is troubling me is that I had 2 $5 coupons & the cashier only used one. She said both went thru. They didnt.

I called to get my curbside pickup for an hour and they never answered at all. I called extensions 1-9 and not a single department across the whole store picked up.

Not my favorite target. Baby section clothes are always a mess and misplaced everywhere. This store needs to be more organized.

I am liking the remodel in the soft lines area but disappointed in the organization of the store. Finding an item is constantly a battle here. Most items in the stationary, toy and shoe department are misplaced. Very short staffed makes for a messy store.

I love Target, and have been to many. This Target is always a mess. The garbages are overflowing, boxes everywhere, disorganized and I have found many good items expired (today I saw hotdhot that were 16 days past expiration).

One of my favorite places to shop in Tracy. Good prices. Clean store, friendly staff. The grocery selection is limit. The only item I HAVE to go to Target for is Maple flavored peanut butter. For some reason this is the only place I can get it.The are nearly always out of the Pokémon cards or Mineez my son and I sometimes search for.
