I have ordered custom decals for my store decoration and iCustom delivered all the items on the same day without any shipping charges. I highly recommend the store for their wide range of custom printed items and outfits. All the varieties are of good quality and texture. I am really happy.

Open until 5 PM? Nah...called at 4:50pm and got pushed through a janky phone tree to pass the buck and burn the clock. Must be a front for washing money...no idea how this place is still open with practices such as this. DO BETTER!!!

Stopped into this mall and thought I’d try iCustoms Tracy location. The guy that works here is goooooood at what he does made a birthday shirt for my mom in 10 minutes. Super impressed

Good service and reasonable prices for custom prints. He can do pretty much anything you want on any type of shirt. I would go back and use his services again.

Ive been in this place on at least two other occasions, not once was there anyone to be seen. I stayed for 10-15 minutes before leaving. So this time I was a bit surprised to see someone behind the counter. I told the guy about my previous experience and he became very agitated and rude. I almost walked out at one point. The only reason I didnt was Ive never seen what i wanted anyplace else.After leaving I saw a friend and told him about my experience. He said, You talking about i customs? You could of walked out with five shirts and he would have never known. That guys always in the back.

I emailed them a logo, asked for 4 double sided mugs with a ton of text and they were done quickly and beautifully. Thank you!

They only take an hour or so to print your shirt! I left a lower review because I had an issue and some questions, but they followed up on my problem very quickly and were very helpful! The prices are cheaper online than in-store, so I would suggest ordering online.
