Lovely place with a cozy country atmosphere, the employees are very willing to help, especially with finding the right fit for a boot, no matter how unique your feet.My only complaint is the lack of pant/belt sizes above 40 for men. Its understandable though as their clientele is not usually of bigger sature, and they do carry larger sizes for some apparel online.

Boot Barn was great. Customer service was also great very attentive employees with customers walking in and walked right up to each and every customer asking them including myself if I needed help finding anything. Awesome work employees keep up the great work.

Everyone there always has a smile on their face and always asks if I need help with anything. Probably one of the best boot barns I’ve been to. They have a way better selection then Modesto and seems they’re always stocked.

Definitely a place to get cowboy boots.Absolutely not my scene. Went in looking for hiking boots and not a whole lot in that genre.But they have aisles and aisles of cowboy boots if thats your sort of thing.

I just visited your store for the first time, and was the only person in there, besides someone I assumed was an employee. I was browsing for a good 5 minutes before the employee, (middle-aged woman wearing a black vest over jeans) even acknowledged me, and that was only when I said hello to her. She never smiled, never welcomed me to the store. She just said a brief hi and moved on to another part of the store. A few minutes later, a couple walked in and she immediately greeted them with a warm welcome! I continued browsing and at one point she turned, looked at me and then just turned her back to me. I was there to purchase a top for an upcoming event, found what I was looking for but walked out instead. Perhaps your employees need customer service training because today it really sucked!

Great customer service and a real good selection of boots, hats and clothing. The only problem is they are a little pricey.

I called like 8 different boot barns to look for a certain item and Debbie in the tracy store was super kind and was the only one that mentioned that she can find it at another store and have it transfer to the tracy store. And I could pick it up there. If I was told I could do this in the first call at my local boot barn I wouldnt have wasted so much time. But thanks to Debbie I can get the vest I want in my size. Very pleased with her customer service.

Tracy boot barn has better service than Lodi.

I have large feet . I wear a 12 in shoes or boots. No selection at all. A small selection in womens size 11. Employees are helpful.

It was very clean and the staff are really nice here.

My father wanted his hat cleaned and shaped, so I took it into Bootbarn in Modesto when we got there they said they werent doing any at the moment because of the holidays and themBeing backed up, understandable. So I called the boot barn in Tracy spoke to I believe a Raquel to possibly see if they were backed up and she said no, she said they had no line, I explained to her what I was told at the Modesto one and she said that they would do it so I drove from Modesto to Tracy. When I got there a female named Stephanie and an older white woman said that they had to turn on the steamer and everything would be done in about an hour, she took down my number and told me they were going to call me. I told them it was fine that I would kill time shopping at the mall, 2 hours later when I still hadnt heard from them I went to the store and asked if it was going to be much longer, the older white lady, said that they hadnt even started (the hat still sitting at the counter behind them) and possibly wouldnt even be done, I told her why and she said that they were to busy, that if i wanted I could wait until the 2 oclock people came in or even the night people(idk what she meant by that), maybe they could do it. she said that she or any of the other two girls i spoke to couldnt do it because they were to busy, and when she was telling me all this she had an attitude( honestly she seemed rascist towards me) because meanwhile I was waiting in line to ask how much longer she was helping 2 customers in front of me(who were white) but as soon as I came up to the counter she seemed rude, point blank I was veryyy disappointed in the overall service.!
